The staff was incredible. Ariana was so friendly and helpful, answered all our questions about the history of the area, made great recommendations for sites to see and food. She went above and beyond the make our stay perfect. She even packed us a breakfast one morning when we slept passed the breakfast time period. We had our own terrace with the most beautiful view of Mostar and the bridge. There is parking directly outside the hotel. Truly a wonderful time! Thank you Villa anri!

From the moment we arrived Helena took great care of us. She checked us in, made us tea and gave us lots of useful advice on what to do and see in mostar. The hotel was beautiful and full of character and we had a stunning view from our balcony over the old bridge.

Fantastic location: on a quiet street but sandwiched between the M6 (for ease of access in and out of the city) and the picturesque old town. It's just 2 minutes walk to the Kriva Ćuprija, and another 2-3 minutes to the Stari Most. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and chatty but not too in your face. There's a small kitchen in the lobby where you can make coffees etc, and borrow plates & cutlery to have snacks on your balcony. There are also a selection of board games in the lobby. It all adds up to a very welcoming atmosphere. It just feels like home! The room was lovely too. We had the triple room - the one with *that* view of the Stari Most. It would have been quite cramped with 3 people but as there were only two of us, it was fine and the view was absolutely worth it. When we arrived, they said they had quoted us without knowing how many we were so the price would change and sure enough, before check-out we got an email with a reduced price!

It's such a small thing, but irritating all the same. The price we got from booking.com was quoted in GBP and in Euros. As it's cash only, I prepared the right amount of cash in BAM based on the current exchange rate. But when I went to pay, they said they price in Euros and use their own exchange rate of 2:1 because it's easier to calculate. This meant we had to pay more, which felt like we were being penalised for using the local currency. It ultimately meant our 3 night stay cost about €5 extra, so no big deal, but the idea of using a made-up exchange rate that costs the customer more (unless they have Euros) left a sour taste, which was a shame after everything else was so great.

Top Location, super nice stuff, spacious room with Car Park in Front of the hotel and view of the bridge from room balcony, super view from rooftop terrace - good breakfast, very clean - any time again

the aircon of neighbouring hotel made lot of noise (depending yr room you'll hear it) wifi third floor slow and wobbly, I used alternately wifi of hotel and the neighbours

Everything was perfect! The hosts are very friendly and the breakfast was good.

The place was excellent. We parked onsite and the receptionist came out to greet us. She was nice as can be, gave us tips and sent us on our way to see Mostar. The room was good, AirCon worked well, everything was clean.

You can only pay in cash, which we knew, but if you pay in the local currency they don’t have change. They only had change in Euros which is funny cause that isn’t their currency and you can’t get them from an ATM.
