The bed was very comfortable. My husband and I slept very well. The location was quiet and clean. The staff was helpful. The breakfast had a lot of options, was hot and fresh, and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. We'd stay here again.

There was no one available when I checked out. I did receive a receipt but, it made me uneasy not knowing if they knew I actually checked out or not.

The very best thing about the property were the phenomenal staff and management. From check in, to breakfast, to the time we left, staff were responsive and went out of their way to make sure everything was great. The best customer service I have ever received at a hotel!

My room was in the second floor right next to a middle hallway door. The door opening and shutting through the night was loud.

Bed was comfortable.

No carpeting on the floors. Cold to the feet. It’s almost 10 miles from the freeway, all the way into Grand Island, too far out of the way. If I’d noticed that up front I wouldn’t have stayed there. Bathroom sink is very low.

Staff was helpful and polite. Room was spotless! A bit on the dark side, but that's the trend now isn't it.

Lighting is a bit on the dark side. An overhead light in the middle of the room was a much better design, from the customers p.o.v.

Desk staff was very helpful with a mix up I had made on the reservation. They went above and beyond even calling a day later to ensure the charges were corrected. Value was good.

Not much was bad. Overall good value.

Liked the price and the ease of breakfast.

Could’ve had a cleaner look and maybe some updates could be useful to make it look cleaner. Our room was directly behind the hallway door so we could hear that opening and closing but two small things that didn’t make our stay unbearable. Nothing to complain about.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times bc it’s exactly what I need! Something right off the highway and near Walmart, sams, and many other shopping options.

I don’t have any complaints!

We really like the tile flooring in the pet friendly room, and the large parking area in the back for our truck and travel trailer

Cleanliness was excellent. I was. Very pleased to see tile floors instead of carpet for cleanliness. I am not a frequent breakfast eater but enjoyed the scrambled eggs & toast.

Quiet location, comfortable bed, good variety of breakfast options, including waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy.

Could have used a bell at the front desk to reach staff when no one was there.
