I absolutely loved the staff, I got to know most of them while I was staying for 8 nights. They were all so happy and lovely to us also very helpful! Mozzarella restaurant has always been my favourite in Bali so to have that right at the door step was a massive plus and so cheap to always have 1 for 2 cocktails is a massive win. The rooms were cleaned every morning and there was a massive selection for breakfast! It is also in the most perfect spot. It’s so central to Seminyak and Kuta. I will definitely be going back to the Magani Hotel.

Breakfast was delicious, such a variety. Your staff are wonderful, at reception, at the pool, at breakfast, the room cleaners, everyone was welcoming and a delight to meet. The hotel is a good size, no kids club makes it a winner for me (I’ve been there done that, happy to have less kids around me on holidays these days). It’s close to a variety of restaurants and shops and the beach is just down the road. A great location. The room was nice, very clean and great aircon.

The wardrobe door in my room rattled all night keeping me awake. The non smoking area at the pool was at the pool bar end, but people smoked at the bar! So it wasn’t really a non smoking area. It was not good for my health sitting in the non smoking area but getting the smoke from the bar!

The best thing about the hotel is the wonderful staff, they are all so friendly welcoming and helpful. The place is spotlessly clean. The rooms are showing age but are kept clean and well stocked, the bed was comfy. The pool view rooms are great for sitting on the balcony, the ones not on the road side are much quieter. The pool is sparkling clean and comfortable temperature, the sun is on one side , then full sun for around an hour then moves to the other side. So if you like shade or sun it’s good for both. We always got a sun lounger and the pool bar and staff are great, and fast service. The cocktails are excellent quality and really good selection, buy one get one free all day. The breakfast had a decent selection and well stocked continuously, coffee is good. The restaurant mozzarella has a good selection on the menu and well presented and hot food, good prices with tax and service charge included. They also have some good entertainment. The position of the hotel is right near garlic lane, some great restaurants near by, money changer next door is great, and a laundry next door, and mini marts. The spa is good for massage and great prices.

Noise!! Twice, I had people bang on my door in the middle of the night. People talking loudly in the hallways at night and during the day there is a lot of noise coming from the pool. People get drunk and don’t realize how loud they get. If you wish to rest, this isn’t the right hotel for sure.

Well presented, very comfortable, lots of seating throughout the room. The windows to the balcony were pretty much sound proof so you couldn’t hear anything on the street. The bed and pillows are massive and comfy. Very accomodating staff eg; when our aircon broke there was someone up within 5mins to fix it, they help in anyway possible. Daily house keeping, all the public facilities were always clean and tidy

Loud music and microphone from the drag queen shows downstairs (it wasn’t too bad as it doesn’t go heaps late into the night) but something to think about if your a person that likes to go to bed early.

Property if conveniently located near Garlic Lane and close to everything you need. Liked the security at front to help you cross the road. Restaurant and entertainment were excellent. Pool view room was lovely with a large verandah. Staff were superb. Customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond for my husband’s 60th birthday which was very special. When they heard someone wish him happy birthday at breakfast they rushed off to get a cake organised and 10 staff sang to him.
