Wow. Staff was so nice, room was very comfortable and thoughtfully planned (light switches for the room are by the door and by the bed!), fast WiFi, ammmmazing breakfast, free parking. I enjoyed the restaurant for dinner too and was impressed by the design and utility of the weather flexible terrace roof and side panel designs (staff was able to change the direction of the roof and bring down side panels to block out wind and leaves from an approaching storm) while still giving us a wonderful view). Breakfast had so many tasty options, delicious omelet and cappuccino machine and fruit bowl, teas, yogurt, etc. The bed was so comfortable too!

This is a very stylish and comfortable establishment, in a converted old building perched on a hill above the downtown Labin and five minutes walk to the old Labin on the hill. It is carefully designed and well maintained. The staff is helpful and kind. We had a truly excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Somewhat smallish rooms and relatively small queen bed are probably due to the constraints of the building, but ou room had a nice terrace and a veranda like extension.

The whole experience was just perfect. The room was big, comfortably furnished and perfectly clean. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was also amazing. And the breakfast on the restaurant balcony on a warm summer morning was the perfect way to start the day.

The air conditioner in the restaurant was set to a very low temperature. We had to grab cardigans from the room to feel comfortable.

Apprecite friendly and helpfull staff (especially breakfast lady). Nice and cozy interior. Good breakfast, appreciate possibity to eat on terasse with nice view on Labin. On request provided freshly made eggs and coffee made on barista machine. Enough parking lots (for free).

I would recommend to focus on cleanliness level improvement in room considering 4* hotel expectations (e.g. hairs/dust on floors and inside of warderobe, dirty mini carpets in front of bed, dirty glass etc.).

I spent a week in Labin at this charming establishment. The property is conveniently located within walking distance from Labin's bus station, and it's just a leisurely stroll away from the captivating Labin Old Town. The interior design is truly impressive; the room I booked was spacious and exquisitely decorated. The restaurant deserves a special mention. Their menu is outstanding, offering a delightful array of culinary choices that are sure to satisfy your taste buds. Whether you're craving local specialties or vegetarian meals, they've got it all. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring your stay is nothing short of exceptional. They go above and beyond to make you feel right at home. In summary, if you're looking for a heartwarming getaway, this is the place to be.

Well-designed hotel with very friendly, helpful staff (we were pleasantly surprised by the fast laundry service!) The restaurant served a great breakfast with a beautiful view. TWe stayed there for 3 days with a group of friends in town for a wedding, and by the end of the trip Hotel Peteani felt like home.

Very minor things - the tap in the bathroom sink was difficult to control (we often had water splashing everywhere), and the finishing in the bathroom wall was a bit sloppy with some wires hanging out.

Most beautiful hotel,recently renovated by the looks of things,impeccable staff,so kind,helpful and thoughtful.Room had private balcony with French doors.Breakfast was included which was very good.We ate dinner there that night too,was superb food and service.Perfect hotel,best in entire 5 week trip around Europe.

The room was tastefully designed/decorated and spacious with pleasant lighting, the villa is surrounded by green, well located, only a 3 minute walk to the old town, with free parking. The staff was very friendly and competent, the food was extraordinary - both for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended - best value for money during our Istria trip!

Very clean, beautiful rooms with modern amenities. Delicious breakfast with an amazing view on the terrace. Restaurant serves dinner until late. We arrived at 10:40pm and were able to get dinner from the restaurant. They stayed late serving us incredibly yummy food. Staff was so kind and accommodating.

Very well appointed and located hotel just 5 mins walk from Labin old town. Recently built/renovated in contemporary style. Stylish, spacious and comfortable bedroom with spacious ensuite bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff . Good hotel Restaurant with small outdoor terrace. Free on site Hotel parking available. Excellent value for money and can strongly recommend.

Nothing about this hotel to dislike in my opinion.
