The reception team was very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. We had an early morning trip and asked for a breakfast box — they kindly arranged it for us and had it ready on time. We also got the chance to go up to the rooftop, which had a lovely atmosphere and a fantastic view. The next day, we joined another tour organized by the hotel and visited the Egyptian Museum, the Citadel, and Old Cairo. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed it.
