The beach Area, the division made between Bel Air Arabia and Bel Air Azure is not Fair at all as Bel Air Arabia guests can use the places assigned for the Bel Air Guests however if Bel Air Guests tried to use Arabia sunbeds the staff preventing them. If the administration wants to make equality which should be there rule should be a rule for both which means if this area is assigned to Bel Air, Arabia guests can't use and vice versa, but what we have see there this is not fair at all and even the Staff agree with the logic but they said this is Administration recommendation.

What is not to like. Everything was perfect, the food the facilities the people. Overall this hotel exceeded expectations.

Best thing about the stay is getting access to the greater surroundings of Arabia Azur resort. It's amazing to get a getaway from Hurghada in a tranquil and nice place where I could walk 6-12 km without a problem in the resort (3km one way from edge to edge). Taking breaks at the pitstop with all inclusive. Massage was very good at the health center. I usually go to massage at home every other week and I didn't except munch here in Egypt. Oh was I wrong, really good therapist!

Great location, close to the sea, with various leisure activities to enjoy. The hotel is relatively large and connected to the Azur Hospitality hotel network, so you can even stroll through the streets of neighbouring hotels. Everything was very beautiful, and there was even an evening entertainment program (discos, karaoke, etc.).

There is a lack of disposable napkins in the restaurants that could be used after eating greasy food, as well as air fresheners in the room.

Very nice location by the sea. A small corall reef provides wonderful insight into the life of the read sea. Customer focused, friendly staff everywhere in the hotel. Chefs do a great job: tasty food at all of the hotel restaurants. Really cool animator team with great programmes every evening. Good value for money overall.

Wifi connection is weak/sometimes not operating in the hotel room.

Over all the outstanding service, from the reception, dinning areas, bar staff, cleaners, and of course the animation team. All were excellent The gardens are gorgeous, the pool is perfect and the rooms are wonderful, clean and comfortable.

Hard to find anything I didn’t like. I would have to say I didn’t like leaving to come home.

Everything here is Amazing. The Animation is top here ( Mario, Caro and Yasmin) they are so funny and friendly, specially with the evening show.The reception was so friendly and helpful. The Waiters at the restaurant and the bar very friendly and hardworking. The room was very clean . I can say we enjoyed our vacation.

We had a large room with a large bathroom and balcony. It was perfectly clean. The ocean at this property is pristine. The meals and snack options were mostly great.

The staff were not that efficient at check-in and check-out. They are strangely concerned with the pool towels and repeatedly asked us for them even though we had already returned them. It became a bit of an unpleasant experience. This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and I did not like having to wear a wristband the whole time I was there. There is only one part of the resort that is exclusive to adults. Most of the meals were great, but the lunch foods did not taste good. It might be unrelated, but my friend became really sick after our first day at the resort.

The people there are very nice and very trustworthy, especially the receptionist. The hotel is all-inclusive and the food is good, even though not perfect but at least is clean and fresh. The hotel includes a beach and it is very nice to lie down or do some snorkeling there, there are also safety guards present.

The paid restaurant is not tasting good, in our opinion the normal buffet restaurant is better. The room is in general a bit old, but it is clean inside. Just the bed sheet is not comfortable because of the pilling. It is kind of a surprise that after the cleaning day, what bed sheet you will get.
