Very friendly and professional staff. Very helpful, patient and kind. The staff spoke English better than we spoke French, so communication was very easy. The atmosphere at the hotel was quiet and calm, which we loved! Housekeeping was brilliant. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy.

The location of the hotel requires having a car or booking a taxi as it was about 20 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and 30 minutes to the tram. There's lots of hotels on that street and the Sure hotel was the very last. The breakfast buffet is not worth €15 per person. We came down at 8:30am and there were only 2 pieces of bacon left. Didn't like the texture or taste of the eggs.

The quality of the hotel could not be faulted, and the breakfast was very generous, with an array of quality produce on offer. This ranged from scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, to a more continental breakfast.

The signing in was far too protracted and time-consuming. After driving for four hours, it was frustrating for the following reasons: 1. The receptionist, who could speak perfect English, insisted speaking in French to my companion, and I had booked the accommodation. 2. It was unnecessary at signing in to complete a form booking direct with Sure Hotels.

This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations- we stopped for one night on our way south, and chose it because it was fairly close to the main road and was an excellent price. When we got there we were amazed at how clean and well presented the hotel was. The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was wonderful! I accidentally left my kindle in the room we stayed in - the hotel were quick to contact me to let me know that they’d found it, and arranged for it to be sent to me. Kitchenette, kettle, tea/coffee/milk pods. Shower toiletries, towels. Free plenty parking onsite (reception gives you code but on arrival just press for assistance) - separate code for leaving too. Lift. Carrefour shopping centre about 5 mins drive across the motorway (flyover). Bar onsite was open.

No cups with kitchenette - we had to use glasses for hot teas/coffees. No restaurant opened. Location is in a business industrial area but there are other hotels en route too. Access to entrance from parking is very hard with those limited mobility and not sure if ideal for wheelchair users. Very little we didn't like. We stayed 1 night so it was fine/average.

Clean, family room was two connected rooms and was very spacious and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms it was a very nice surprise.

Super hotel, was very quiet with parking right outside but still had a bar and social area downstairs which is important if out of town. Hotel is very clean and staff were lovely. I will use again if they keep the prices at around 70euros. in August - which is great for such luxury. Reception will make you a nice coffee in the morning for a small fee if you don;t want to pay for breakfast. They even found a croissant for me! Kettle and microwave in room.

There's nothing not to like, really. Not the hotel's fault but very strange road system around where you drive in a cycle lane - plus be ready to turn right before you think you have to! Carrefour supermarket nearby (by car) but it's so big you can't find anything for a while.

Clean rooms and welcoming staff. Good variety at breakfast. Soft, fluffy towels in the bathroom with shower gel, hand soap and a hair dryer provided. Good internet connection in the rooms and TV works well. Some small signs of wear and tear in the room but this is expected.

Hotel was very clean and maintained well. Excellent and friendly staff in all departments. Easy access to all public areas of hotel. Excellent wifi on property.

Breakfast was adequate although surprised that cold scrambled eggs were normal and not served heated. Being a 3 star hotel, I was hoping for more variety for evening bar food. Only frozen pizza and small dishes of rice and meats / fish heated up in microwave.

The Staff were lovely and welcoming and spoke excellent English. The room was very comfortable, clean and a good size. The bed was very good quality, we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was good with a great choice. Very convenient on the North side of Nantes.
