The staff was very attentive and polite! The room was spacious and I loved the fact that it was real wood, glass and tiles instead of cheap plastic "modern" furniture. I enjoyed the little gifts like the slippers and the loofah bath mitt. After I left, I went to join a group at the Hilton next door. I was really disappointed. All plastic, not clean, didn't get water every day, and it felt much more impersonal. Of course it was much more expensive than the Swiss Inn Plaza, which made me appreciate the value of the SIP even more!

Well, there wasna stove top in my room and a couple of dishes, but I didn't see any way to make it work. I don't think it was connected. Seemed like a bad joke. I didn't have time to cook anyway... One thing I didn't like at all was the staff at the buffet of the Swiss Inn Pyramids. They seemed to be everywhere, looking like they would do anything to get a tip. I gave $10 to the manager in $1 bills, saying to share it around, and he did not look happy about it. But why would I give more, as that was almost half the price of the buffet!

First Of all the reception from the car was good then reception desk finishing the check in very fast with welcome drink so i would like to thanks Ms: Zinah as she was very helpful and smile all the time. Thank you all the stuff of Swiss inn Plaza The Spa is managed by Ms: Zainab the best one you can communicate ever in hotel spa, for everyone you'll miss a lot if you didn't try the spa.

the restaurant was a little pit not organized actually i didn't test the food but i tried to order a breakfast and they take the order then said sorry we can not serve on your room you have to come to the restaurant, that's is all but i didn't went to the restaurant.

The hotel extension's services are not yet fully complete

First of all the great value of this hotel is the team. Especially the one of the front desk. Rahma is the most professional and positive person, together with Aisha. People who helps with the room maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and cute and you can use the facilities of the next door 5 starts hotel: Swiss inn Golf Resort . And if you want to make a shopping you can find Shopping Mall of Egypt. The hotel is good for coming for business and city trips.

Everything is ok. Just need a bit more renauvation around the swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ the rest is good for now.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly (especially the receptionist Yousif) and helpful throughout my visit. The bathroom was a bit dated, but everything was clean. Overall, a good experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is super clean and everything is comfortable. Staff is friendly to help you whenever you need them. The location is good to stay in a proper hotel and to reach the Giza pyramids area.

In overall, the hotel services and its location is good for tourists, who are traveling for a short period. If hotel will put cutlery in the kitchen it will be perfect.

Breakfast was comparable to that of the more expensive Sofitel Gezira. Excellent service from friendly staff. Downside was that we were in the Annexe building on the other side of the Hilton Pyramids Golf., a long walk to the breakfast restaurant. The room was excellent , looked brand new , tastefully furnished and very clean,.

When I asked for transport to the breakfast area online, it was declined. But on arrival at Reservations they said it was available . It was also not easy to find the entrance to the Swiss Inn Plaza Annexe. BW the Golf course is really impressive for hot dry Cairo! lovingly cared for! Plenty of staff busy cleaning and repairing. A well-run establishment.

First time for me at plaza but really was good stay thanks for omnia at reception she was so kind with me from first stay .she checked me fast to get my room .she give me room have a nice view .thanks so much for here .so helpful girl

The room i stayed was big and clean. The staff were very kind, especially Walid helped me when i arrived first to do the early check-in, which was very nice of him. I’ll stay here again if i come to Egypt in the future.
