Newer facility in a good location.

No room cleaning until after 3 nights. Had to take used towels down to front desk to exchange for clean towels. Only had decaf coffee in the room. TV wasn’t working, person desk said they couldn’t come up. Asked the desk clerk the next morning to have some get the tv to work. Returned that evening and no one had resolved TV issue. We called down to desk clerk (Rebecca) and she came up and got the TV working. The problem was a result of previous customer used ROKU or similar and did not put connections back correctly. Seems like the person cleaning the room should check TV to make certain it works.

This location is perfect for a nice stay while on a road trip. It was easy to find right off the interstate and parking was spacious. There are multiple restaurants close by and a gas station right across the street. We found our room to be clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were soft and we all slept well. We also enjoyed both the pool and breakfast. The pool was warm and there were plenty of chairs and towels. This was our last stay on a road trip and it was our favorite breakfast. They had plenty of options both hot and cold. My daughter really enjoyed the waffles and the many toppings to choose from. We travel quite frequently and will definitely stop here again!

Location and breakfast was exceptional for the price of the room.

Although I understand a need to procure prepaid cleaning funds up front for a small pet (toy poodle) traveling with us. However, I feel $75 fee is excessive for no additional cleaning/inconveniences required. I feel that the fee should be refundable/partially refundable if additional cleaning is not required.

The premises were well-maintained and modern. The bed was remarkably comfortable, and the location was prime, offering easy access to numerous restaurants, shopping centers, and a nearby movie theater. My stay was relaxing and enjoyable, with a clean environment.

I one suggestion for improvement: our room was not ready at arrival, even though we checked in more than an hour after the scheduled check-in time and experienced a further half-hour delay.

I honestly loved how the staff member greeted us and how pleasant he was to talk to. I also appreciate how clean the room was and how delicious the breakfast was. Had no problem staying with y’all really appreciate it.

I really like how friendly the staff was. They had different verify of breakfast each morning. Staff would talk to my daughter when she talked to them. Very clean facility. Pool was nice.

The air in my room kinda had a mind of its own. I set it at 67 and woke up and it was 64. I set it at 70 it was like 73. But I managed.

The staff was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool area was nice. The beds were very comfy. The whole place was pretty amazing, clean, friendly and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend.

The only complaint I would have is that the shower head wasn't very good, but not worth lowering my perfect score for this hotel. We loved it.

I slept in and missed breakfast 😩. Totally my fault, and the only bad thing I can say.

Breakfast was great, the staff people were very friendly and went out of their way to help, say good morning and make me feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend and will if I get the chance! :)

I could not find vending machines. There are snacks by the check-in counter, but very limited. It would be nice to have a choice of soda, especially since there were ice machines. I was scratching my head a bit.
