The staff was so friendly and helpful. The assistant Manager was a great host. The receptionist was patient when figuring an alternative method of payment. The security Guard was super helpful especially with taking my luggage. The helpers on the beach were super helpful with chairs etc.

Wifi was not strong in certain parts of the hotel but the receptionist was helpful to give me the password to multiple wifi in the building.

Size of room. Sea view. All staff seemed very friendly, teasing me because I was stupid enough to lose a key, which caused a big problem, as, apparently they cannot replace them!(cost me 20 euros though!)

Handrail above glass on balcony had been painted with lots of paint on glass, could be fairly easily put right. All glass could do with a thorough clean. Asked for tea towel on first day, told it was on the line, but never arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was round the back and was more that suitable… the lads out there were also super helpful for everything we needed help with. Amazing location and very beautiful beachfront.

Could’ve done with a mosquito net, we got eaten alive.

Perfect location beautiful gardens leading to beach and ocean . Waking up was a pleasure everyday to an amazing view and sometimes monkeys in the garden.

The room was very fresh and clean. Great service, everyone was super helpful and it’s for a great price! I would definitely recommend this place 10/10!!

Can’t really complain about anything

This is a piece of heaven on earth. Best hotel We ever stayed at, super nice and modern luxury apartment with a sea-view. The owner, all the staff. At the reception Lamin is a great man along with all his collegues. The staff by the pool and restaurant, to Pa, Malik and Elton. Thank you to everyone at Kasumai. Great work from all guys and girls. We only wish we stayed longer ❤ Nice pools and Auping beds, very comfy and nice. Feels just like home 😁

Well i can only say the same thing .. I'm like a regular there and i keep coming back time after time .. all the staff is nice and welcoming 🙂.. they get to know a person fast and all the time you feel comfortable and welcoming 🙂... The food is great .. the V.I.P pool is nice and you can look out over the ocean... So i me and my husband will come back every time ... Smile 😊

Location was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Did not enjoy the food. Had to request a 3 pin plug adaptor as i could not charge my mobile in the room as all plugs were 2 pin adaptors.

The staff was friendly and easy going .. when you needet something they was kind to help .. breakfast was normal and you get the same ... It's not far from restaurant and close to shopping they gave taxi at the hotel so easy to go from there and back .. the V.I.P pool is clean .. and easy to order coffee and drink when you are there ..but all in all good.

There is nothing bad to say. . all in all okay
