Comfortable bed, spacious room with high ceiling. Relatively clean. With nice bedding.

Boiling hot room with no curtains! Furniture very dated. Filthy carpet begging for a replacement. Very unwelcoming staff. The receptionist on duty refused to give us a cooler room despite the fact that the hotel was empty. A male member of staff attending the breakfast in the morning came to argue with me stating that the gym equipment was left untidy. Very argumentative and aggressive. Left a very bitter test in my mouth. Zero hospitality! But I guess.. Welcome to Germany. Consider yourself lucky to have a roof over your head.

Excellent location, 10 min driving easy from the centre. Ample parking, safe, calm. FITNESS room excellent, FULLY equipped! I dont understand why certain reviews do not exalt that fact. Bravo for the management, that they have better gym equipment than 5 stars hotel. A must in our days. The apartment room n.1 comfortable for 4 adults spacious, bathroom kitchen dining room, all impeccable. Peaceful surroundings. We did not try the breakfast. For the place where is located this Hotel is great, its unrealistic to judge it with divine criteria. They have everything. Totally satisfied, i ll stay there again.

The staff - friendly. Own car park. Easy to find on Google map. Clean and comfortable bedding. The gym - nice and pretty. Breakfast was good. (They had a honey comb too) Nice pub downstairs. The staff that day and the following was amazing, exceptionally was the lad when we left - greetings and "keep hitting the gym, bro". Clear instructions. For a family of four - was fine.

Remember - this is my own view, and could easily be wrong. If you want the feeling of everything new, 5 stars furniture, etc, this is not exactly that. However, for me was 9/10

Love this property. Good location for drivers, just off autobahn. Stayed there few times on the way from Germany to Uk. Staff is friendly, beds are comfy. Rewe just few minutes walk. Got a car park, so safe to leave your car. I normally can’t sleep in such a stop over hotels, but always manage to rest in this one. A bit outdated, but it doesn’t bother me at all. Would definitely recommend, especially for car travellers. Probably if you want to visit Dortmund on your way, would be very convenient as well, as there is a train satiation.

Very good private parking, friendly staff and great location. Penny and Rewe grocery shops are pretty much around the corner and there is a good restaurant in house as well.

The shower cabin was fairly tight and even though it had seemingly good glass doors, the floor got still very wet and had to dry it a bit to be able to use the bathroom. I guess this might have been just one room specific issue and overall not even a problem really.

Initially hard to get to hotel due to pedestrian area. Note car park is at back of hotel on Beguinenstrasse.Not many places nearby to eat on a Mon eve & hotel not serving food.

The breakfast was delicious, hot and perfect temperature, coffee and juice were perfect. In the room we had a fridge and also a Nespresso machine for coffee which was perfect. Wi-Fi connection was also perfect. The helpfulness of the staff, Maria, who helped us well and gave me tips for location where we needed to go and which train to take. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated too for Christmas which also gave the Christmas feelings! We felt at home for sure.

Booking provides information that the hotel has rooms with the bath, but it's not true. A bit used furniture, but everything was clean.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, easy reach from motorway 40, bar and restaurant downstairs, parking for guests. Exactly what I needed at the time, 100% as advertised. Great experience.
