Lobby very nice & up to date. Concierge was more than accommodating and polite

Bathroom/shower needs updating. The lobby being nice is cool for aesthetics but the actual sleeping/grooming area should be up to date as well since that’s where guest will spend a lot of time

I really appreciated that the hotel didn’t use the little plastic bottles of shampoo, etc, but rather had large dispensers mounted in the shower. Less plastic in landfills!! Also the shuttle to the airport was excellent, especially as we had to leave at 3:00 AM. Driver was pleasant and courteous. We asked for a quiet room and they did put us in the back. Room was very clean, and attractively furnished.

The bathroom has mold the housekeeper needs to spray the tub down with bleach and water to get rid of the mold and mildew for the price they charge there bathtubs needs to be better don’t feel comfortable showering in it

We liked the location. Our room was great and I loved that the bed was close to the wall so I didn't have to worry about my baby rolling off.

The pool was cold, had small worms/caterpillars in it, and had a weird smell.

Nice layout of the the room and the balcony was a bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There wasn't a breakfast included in this stay. We bought oatmeal at the restaurant that was watery and not hot. I gave the front desk a request for fixing the shower that was warm but not hot. The next day the front desk could not find the request but soon after fixed the shower.

My flight had an emergency landing so this hotel came through in a pinch! Checked in late and check out early the next morning. Front desk was more than pleasant and accommodating!

It was very nice experience.

The locks stop working so if you went out of your room, you was locked out and maintenence had to let you in.

I didn't like that they advertised the bistro bar open during hours 5-630 and it wasn't. Everything else was great

It was clean, peaceful and was in an area where there was plenty of food choices.

The staff was awesome.

Amazing staff. Hospitality was a high priority for them. So many smiles. "Smile your at the Courtyard!" Felt like part of the family.

Did not see anything that could be done better.
