Breakfast was great! Lockers were very large and with holders for clothes. That was very good. It was cool that I was able to leave baggage for half a day to enjoy festival more. Location is very good- close to hbf and center of city. Everything was clean.

There is no kitchen and fridge which can be used by guests. The window in room was not fully openable by guests(it was locked). It opened only to small extent upwards. It made it harder to let clean air in in the morning.

I loved the complimentary breakfast especially because it catered towards my gluten and dairy intolerant needs. The location is great as well, quiet enough at night but located very close to Bermuda3eck which was great especially with the summer music weekend happening at the time I was there, not to mention all the food options on that strip as well.

Good location, 7-10 minutes walk from the main station; also in proximity of the main "evening life" area Standard youth-hostel facilities: clean and sufficient to get some sleep. No luxury, of course, but noone expected it

Much overpriced, given it's just a youth-hostel. I guess it's the case for whole area during football tournament, but temporarily setting price at this level is not fair.

I arrived at night and checked in quickly. Friendly staff. I needed boiling water and the staff fulfilled my request without any problems. The room had bed linen and a towel. The room and the corridor were clean. There was enough food for breakfast

Very responsive, ad-hoc reservation possible, 24/7 reception, elevator, really clean, fabulous breakfast, very easy to check-in and check-out, possibility to stay longer after check-out in the lounge with charging possibility for the phone and Wi-Fi

Friendly staff, value for money, surprisingly good (for the price) breakfast included, with a few vegan options. WiFi works. Flexibility: I may need to book an extra day and I am able to do so.

I felt welcomed and quiet at home. I could stay for a year if I had enough to pay for that long stay.

The person I shared room with. He was snoring whole night till I got used to it. I couldn't change him though, just a one off incidence that spoilt the all too good a place.

It was a good stay. The people were very nice. And really helpfull. The room was simple and good. Nice price and quality balance. The breakfast was amazing.

It was a hot night, so we needed to sleep with the window open. There was a lot of outside noise.

The light switch for the night lights is positioned in a very inconvenient location so I accidentally switched it on every time I turned in the night and the light would glare me right in the face. Other than that it was so great!

The room was very clean, the shower and the toilet inside the room which is very cool and comfortable. For every guest they have even 2 towels! Good breakfast was included!

Would be cool to have Fridge for the guest's food
