Secured and clean , people were polite- food was decent
Everything was good, except some Taxi drivers took advantage of us by adding the Gringo taxes on each trip, and local sellers as well.. that was the downside.. our Spanish was not good so we were a target..

The hotel's staff was amazing! They are all extremely kind and always willing to help The hotel itself is beautiful and has a great entertainment schedule. The whole experience was great!

There was nothing to not like friendly people abundance of food and drinks. Good location to watch the sunset. I look forward to staying there again

the hotel was comfortableby the delicious food
the checking was terrible very few people attending and they sold us lunch from 11 but they only let us pass until 2:00 and there was no food

Loved the attention and the rooms The rooms are very comfortable and new, And the staff is amazingly corteous polite, helpful nice, kind, friendly... Simply spectacular!!

Beautiful view from the 9th floor. Most of the staff were really friendly. The meat restaurant was good. Eggs and pancakes at the breakfast were good as well.
Most of the staff doesn't speak english. Bedroom were dirty; hair on the shower head and on the ground, rust on the shower head. Rooms look old. The italian restaurant is really a no go with disgusting food.
