Absolutely beautiful hotel. We have just spent 5 nights here and it was amazing. The staff are all so lovely, kind, friendly and helpful and are genuinely keen to know about your life. We loved speaking to them about their life and culture as well. The food was just the best. We went half board and there was lots to choose from for breakfast. Our dinner each evening was a set menu with a choice of main and it was truly amazing every evening. A buggy drives you a short drive to a beautiful swimming pool. We didn't go to the beach as we loved the pool. Our room was beautiful and spacious and when we arrived we had a lovely anniversary cake and swans and flowers on the bed. Such a lovely touch for our wedding anniversary. We loved the free bikes and rode around the island, stopping for coffee in the local village. The hotel can arrange a day or overnight cruise to Halong bay. That was breathtaking. They also arranged a car and driver to Hanoi for us. We really didn't want to leave.

The hotel itself and the staff are amazing especially for the price , pool is fabulous with a 5 minute free buggy ride as its at their own private beach area with a bar open in afternoon , the area around the hotel and the marina is unfinished but still a good few local bars and local food options , we stayed here for 5 nights after hanoi sightseeing so just chilled at the lovely infinity pool for 4 days to recharge before moving on to more sightseeing , ideal for getting the ferry to cat ba island as terminal only minutes away

Unfinished marina area ... not everyone's ideal but we found it lovely and quiet especially in the evenings and left very relaxed

My stay at this hotel was comfortable overall. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The biggest advantage is the location for anyone planning to take a cruise, as it’s just a short walk to the dock. However, the area itself feels like a bit of a ghost town, especially after the recent typhoon and with it being out of season. There’s not much to do in the vicinity, so if you’re looking for a lively neighborhood, this might not be the best fit. Perfect for a short, cruise-focused stay.

We stayed 1 night only since next day we had cruise. Not much to see in the island but the hotel is nice with spacious rooms and good breakfast. They offer free transfer to marina next say for your cruise. Also 5 mins drive with electric car they have pool and beach. Good choice if you don’t want to wake up early and have 2-3 hour transportation from Hanoi to Halong bay.

We stayed in October so most restaurants and cafés in Island were closed. We ate in Hotels restaurant and food is good there. Island has loads of empty hotels and buildings and unfinished construction- looks a bit surrealistic.

For the second time, we have taken "a moment to breathe" at Paradise Suites. Travelling is hard work and when you're meant to be on holidays and resting, Ha Long is a great place to just stop for a minute. This hotel is not in Ha Long City, it is on the harbour from where the cruises leave. It is exquisitely appointed and offers a fantastic restaurant for dinner. Breakfasts are included in your booking and are a full buffet, with a chef cooking eggs made to order. When you're ready, one of the staff will drive you down to the private infinity pool and private beach, where again chilled drinks and nibbles will be delivered to you. There are very few people staying on this island area and so there is no noise, no rush, no one trying to sell to you, just peace and quiet. The beds are exceptional and the rooms are beautiful with fantastic lighting for all your needs (reading lights and ambient). The staff are wonderful, reception communicate quickly, Phương (F&B coordinator) and the restaurant staff can truly not do enough for you. Take a moment, you won't beat this place.

The hotel was stunning and the staff very kind. The room was beautiful and exceeded expectations. The food in the restaurant was superb and the breakfast buffet delicious!

The only negative was how quiet the area was, very different than expected with a lot of vacant building. The pool and beach are a 5 minute drive away (shuttle service provided) and were beautiful but the resort they were at was quiet with no patrons and a lot of empty buildings. It was fine for us, but definitely to note when booking.

The staff is a great team, all of them are ready to answer questions, bring support and listen to the guests, the room is big, clean and has everything, we had a great time, and the restaurants are good and offer a good menu.

The swimming pool is too small keeping in mind the number of people and is located very far from the hotel's building, nevertheless, the hotel offers permanent golf cars to take you to the pool. The restaurant is a little pricey, especially if you consider that service taxes and VAT are not included.

Very nice hotel, our room was huge with a nice layout and very comfortable bed! Possibly one of the most comfortable beds in all of Vietnam! We loved the silk robes in the room! Staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. We arrived very early in the morning, and were able to pay a reasonable price for an early check in, the room was ready within half an hour after this request, which was very much appreciated after a long journey and we were feeling unwell! Housekeeping were also very quick and professional when we needed our bedsheets changed after my partner was sick. We ordered room service, and I had a salmon dish which was delicious, the salmon was cooked perfectly too! It was the best salmon dish I had in Vietnam! Breakfast was good, a small buffet selection and you can order other meals off a menu too. There is a pool located nearby that they offer a shuttle service to, but we didn't have time to use this unfortunately. They transported us to our Ha Long cruise check in location the next morning free of charge!

The rooms were exceptional and the breakfast exceeded expectations, best breakfast I've had in Viet Nam. The beds were large and comfortable. The whole complex was of a high standard that made our stay feel that bit more luxurious. The location was perfect for what we wanted which was close to the port for our Ha Long Cruise booked for the next day.

Now advertising can be a bit misleading as the Pool in the photos isn't in the Hotel grounds but at another location by the beach about 3km away. There was however, a free shuttle that travelled regularly to and from the Pool area. The only other issue was nothing to do with the Hotel, but area of Tuan Chau Island is a bit of a ghost town. The Theme Parks are all closed and there is very little in the way of Restaurants or Bars in the area other than the Hotel itself. This wasn't a major issue as we were there for a cruise the following day.

Beds were very comfortable and room was great. Location was very convenient to the marina as we were going on Lan Ha Bay cruise. The hotel and facilities itself were very convenient and clean. There are a few buildings with the same. They booked us all in one hotel building so our families could be in close proximity. Super convenient as we were traveling in a group of 15.

Quiet island further from main city therefore limited on food choices.
