the hotel has amazing facilities, huge nice garden lobby, spacious rooms and very professional staff.

since it was a soft opening, it didnt have much guests, so we felt like the only ones in the whole hotel; we had to go to Hilton next to it for all the activities and restaurants. the room view was different than what we booked, they didnt have exact view .. the “garden” view was just an in progress garden where you can hear them working on it early morning. I think these comments are not considered very bad since they should be over by time.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for 4 nights, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making me feel at home right away. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every detail was well thought out, and the hospitality was truly top-notch. One of the highlights of my stay was the swimming pool – clean, spacious, and the perfect place to relax after a long day. Whether it was a morning dip or an evening unwind, it definitely added a special touch to my experience. Specially the staff and am spotting here Mr. George the lifeguard guy as he was a very nice and sportive man The location is also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service. Can’t wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping everything immaculate throughout our stay. A sumptuous breakfast spread that exceeded all expectations. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and the freshly squeezed juices were a refreshing delight.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will definitely come back during our next holiday. My husband had already visited the Waldorf in the Maldives, and we were very happy with the experience here in Cairo as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, especially Abdallah (the lifeguard), Esraa, and Maryam, Nourhan,Nour ,who were waitresses at Ayda Restaurant — they were so kind and made our daughter feel very special. The Head Chef was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious — everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The reception team was very helpful, and housekeeping was outstanding. my husband and i decided to pay a little extra for the VIP Rosetta lounge. it was worth every penny. The food was absolutely finger-licking delicious. the best prawns i have ever tasted (and i travel a lot). The service was also impeccable . Ramy is a lovely gentleman and his service was top notch. i also especially liked the breakfast restaurant manager. He was very friendly and very considerate in every possible way. location of the hotel is excellent. outdoor pool is heated and clean which is excellent. would definitely always stay here whenever i visit again. thank you so much to everyone at waldorf cairo ❤️

can’t fault it

An absolute 5 star experience at the WA. The hotel is very beautiful but the staff is truly what makes this place extraordinary. Everyone is super professional, kind and helpful. The local specialties were my favourites for breakfast and the fresh juice mixing stand is a nice touch. There is such a calmness at the hotel and the Peacock Lounge ended up being a perfect place to work from and enjoy their delicious pastries and food.

WiFi kept disconnecting which could perhaps be improved.

The staff and service were amazing! The rooms were well decorated, spacious and clean. The location is really good if you want to be in the middle of the city and have malls, shops and night life around you. Overall a very luxurious hotel, maybe the only one not next to the Nile river.

The pool is a bit small for the number of rooms they have. The water pipes in the bathroom made noises but it wasn't bad enough for us to complain. To be fair, when I mentioned it while checking out, the receptionist apologized and said that they would have moved us to another room if I had mentioned it earlier.

As usual, this hotel is sort of a hidden gem far from the crowd. It was my 4th staying in here and was pleasant and enjoyable as always. I felt welcomed by every single one in the hotel. Every amenity and/or facility was clean and ready to go as needed. The staff was amazingly welcoming and friendly greeting me with my name which made me comfortable and felt welcomed. I will always come back as I can and keep recommending this place to others.

The hotel itself is amazing! The facilities are really nice; the garden at the lobby is breathtaking! The spa is amazing! The staff are super friendly!

Only 2 things: (1) they need to keep checking the furniture to maintain the quality as the sofa chair had a stain and the pad on the table had ink marks. (2) they need to recruit more ppl as during checkout ppl were lined up and only 1 lady could do the process (her colleague was keeping us calm and patient, but wasn’t able to assist us ).

I loved the staff that worked there. they work very hard to make you feel welcome. they remember your name and welcome you everytime you enter the hotel Mahmud in particular arranged all the staff in the hotel to welcome me and my wife on our wedding night. it was amazing. some guests were informed too and everyone was there to congratulate us. The area is beautiful and huge. very nice place to take pictures. you get a beautiful room and a nice photogenic lobby. what else would you want? overall this has been my favourite hotel I've stayed in. thank you!
