Location is excellent, there is nice parking in front of the house and staff cleaned our apartments every day

I was bitten by bedbugs and there was a dog in the courtyard that was barking every night so it was hard to fall asleep. Please don’t punish the dog, she is so cute but very loud. In addition, it was cold in our rooms on the second floor comparing to the first floor where we had a conditioner that heated the room. Could be better with conditioner on the second floor too

We very much enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal for us as it's only meters away from the beach and bars and restaurants. Main bus stop is only 2 mins away so it was perfect to relax as well as easy access to exploring the island if you wish to do so. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, couldn't do enough for us. All our enquiries have been answered promptly and always offering to help if we needed it. There is a shop next door to the apartments for your essentials and the staff are very friendly and welcoming as well. We will definitely be returning hopefully in near future ❤

The week we spent at this place was truly the best of our lives! The Hotel itself is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean and in the perfect location. Just a few steps from one of the most stunning beaches we’ve ever seen, it’s truly a dream spot. The garden is also lovely, with beautiful trees and cozy seating areas where you can relax and unwind. Everything about this place feels like paradise. Our stay here was perfect in every way! The owner is an angel, she was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with everything we needed,and more! Such amazing people—we’re so grateful! We will definitely be coming back,and stay here again!! I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. It’s perfect for families, couples, a girls’ trip, or even if you're traveling solo as a woman—you’ll feel completely safe and at home here. Everyone is extremely friendly, and there’s even a grocery store just 20 steps away with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better! We had the best time! Absolutely worth it to visit!!! Thank you so so much for everything!!🙏🏻🫶

We were very happy with the Apartment! Very cute and modern and generally a nice accomodation, located right in front of a beautiful beach. We stood 6 days, and felt very welcomed by the team but also loved the fact, that you have the beach in front of you as well as tons of good tavernas & supermarkets. Perissa is a small but beautiful village, from where you can reach all places you want to visit easily by car/bus! Very close you have also other beaches, which are even during high seasons not too much crowded but indeed worth visiting. For us, its a clear recommendation and we would choose this place definitely.

First of all we were met by the host Vassiliki and her team, who decorated the apartment with the balloons, banner, hats and tablecloth for our daughter’s birthday- that was very sweet of them- really kind gesture and great beginning of the stay. Thank you very much for that! Vassiliki was most of the time around if we needed anything- like duvets , more hangers, change of towels, emptying the rubbish bin, charging the batteries for the e-bikes, allowing late check out- she was always eager to help- thank you very much! (Best to communicate through Google translate, but show and tell works too:-)) We also liked the vibe of the property- with its own garden where we could just chill. This is what seemed to separate Exi from the other properties I’ve seen ( plus close proximity to the beach) - we didn’t want to have lots of people around ( it seems like it’s only 8 appartments there, and they were not fully booked). We could park our car in the garden, few steps from our door, and didn’t have to worry about leaving it on the street. Most of the time it was really quiet with some exceptions of bar music in the evening and church bells one morning.

The kitchen and shower area needs work doing

We had the most amazing stay at Exi Sea Side Suites. Reading some of the reviews beforehand we weren't too sure what to expect; but from our experience it was absolutely fantastic. John was an incredible host, answering any questions both before and during our stay. He gave us recommendations for delicious restaurants, and also some must-see things for us to visit which was really appreciated. We were in the two bedroom villa suite and it was nothing short of stunning. We had everything you could possibly need there and it was very comfortable. The lovely housekeeper would come round every day (not sure if it says it on the booking that this is included, but it was a happy surprise for us!) so we had the flexibility of being able to cook our own meals / having a big lounge and outside area whilst also having the comforts of a hotel with housekeeping cleaning our space and replacing towels when needed! There is lots of parking on the property, which is brilliant as we didn't need to worry about having our hire car on the road - and no reservation was needed for this. The beach is directly infront of the suites, where you can hear the waves crashing on the rocks whilst you are in bed at night...so peaceful! Having driven most of the island on our 8 day stay, we were so pleased with our choice of staying where we were. Perissa is a small seaside village with lots of little shops along the beachfront, and after having explored a lot of the beaches...it is one of our favourite! There is a long strip of bars and restaurants that supply umbrellas with 2 beds that vary in price, for most you will pay through consumption of drinks or food (varying from 30€ to €6) and you will then have that space for the day - which we thought was really good! There are lots of amazing bars and restaurants if you don't want to drive to go out, everyone is so nice and welcoming and the sun rises right outside our window and sets just behind us.

We loved that the property came equipped with a speaker. There was a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, enhanced by the seating areas outside and close proximity to the shop and beach. The property made you feel fully immersed in the area. Although there was no breakfast (except the one which Yanis kindly made us), the shop which was attached the property was very useful.

I loved.... I absolutely LOVED... the beach waves crashing on the shore in a full moon and the veranda to overlook the beach. The Demilmar restaraunt is very close as is the Santo street food Cafe and a First Stop Market with superb wines that are local Greek reds grown with the Pinotage South African approach that delivers superb flavor due ti it growing so close to the ground. The daily cleaning service was also unique, and she did so well. I tipped her when I left, which we all should be doing. The fridge is 50s american style yet modern. The shower was always hot and refreshing. And the noise minimal. The e-bike on site was 15 euros a day and made of wood, which was very interesting. Nearby is Ancient Thera, a quick walk from the door and a trail system that takes you to Tempel des Apollon Karneios or Ekklisia Agios Stefanos and monastery of the gods.

I can't think of anything. It was great. Perhaps paper towels in the room would be nice. For the kitchen.

Absolutely magical, being there off-season allowed us to have a quiet and restful stay at this unique location. The rooms were great, the gardens a beautiful place to sit and relax, and we even napped daily under the trees. The trees and lights strung in the trees felt like a magical fairy kingdom, especially at night with the fairy lights. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance - a perfect place to replenish. John, who took care of us during our stay was very attentive and checked in daily to see if there was anything that we needed. The day we left, he came at 8:15 AM to help us carry our bags.

Santorini is an island and like many islands has a water problem, whether you use water to shower or wash the dishes the high salt level is an issue. Bottled water is absurdly priced in the local shop, in general, the prices were a bit overpriced for transport, food, coffee, etc. But if you ask around, there are better-priced options. For example, we saved 50% on a taxi from Perissa to Oia, as well as a similar percentage on our airport transport. Added all together we saved 100 euros on taxi fares this way.

Our stay at Exi Sea Side Suites was a pleasant surprise. The location is right in front of Perissa Beach, with several cafes, markets, and restaurants nearby. The beach is beautiful, very calm, and clean. The apartment is perfect for two people—comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and nice decor. There is a private table in the outdoor area, as well as a shared leisure area in front of the apartment, great for relaxing in front of the beach. The property also offers private parking within the hotel grounds. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us great tips on beaches and restaurants. I highly recommend it.
