The hotel is in a slightly tired part of the city, and my expectations were not high as I checked in, but I was very pleasantly surprised - a modern, spacious and comfortable room, and a water fountain in the corridor which was very welcome in the hot weather. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was good.

We chose it as the ferry from Palermo came in very late so needed an overnight. The hotel was very close to the port and importantly it had secure parking for the motorbike. The staff are amazing and helpful, the rooms large, comfortable and very clean, good facilities and a great breakfast. The lovely receptionist made me coffee and apple and biscuits late at night. i would highly recommend this hotel.

Be aware it doesn’t appear to be the best neighbourhood anywhere around the port so I’d use their secure parking which is behind locked gates. It is also an original building so there is a little noise in the morning from traffic. It’s obviously a little expensive but all are in Genoa.

The staff was amazing. We came in on the ferry and didn't know if we would make it on time before they closed. They met us outside for the secure parking and got us everything we needed. Breakfast in the morning was truly incredible. The pastries were exquisite and the flakiest pan au chocolate I've ever had.

The TV was a little small, but we didn't watch it.

The breakfast selection was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Everywhere was kept clean at all times.

I would have liked a drawer or shelves in the wardrobe for items I could not hang up.

The property was in a good location for what I needed, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great.

The room was a little dated and the curtains were falling down, but at the price no big issue.

The location suited us as we arrived on a evening ferry from Sicily. The hotel is 5 minutes from the port with a secure car park. The room was simple but adequate. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were all friendly.

The bathroom could do with an update.

The staff were extremely helpful: both at our arrival and departure reception staff came out to show us in and out of the secure car park. The room was well equipped clean and very quiet.

Everything was very good, i.e. - the room was clean, the breakfast good. The hotel provided safe parking place for our car. While the hotel is not very close to the city center, it can be reached in a few minutes by public transport.

Noisy street but did not keep me awake. Bonus, earplugs supplied Staff super courteous and helpful.
