Superb location. Just above Tenjin underground mall. Look out for the sign underground for the West side exit and going to Solaire mall. Exiting from the Central Gate of Tenjin, walk straight and keep to the right side. You will walk past Parco, etc and there will be a lift to bring you up to street level at one of the exit AFTER a few mins walk after you see Parco. Rooms are well maintained and spacious for us a family of 4. Overall a very comfortable stay for us. The hotel lobby check in is at 5th/6th floor (cant remember) of the mall. Plenty of eatries in the mall itself or nearby malls. Within walking distance to konibinis, MacDonalds & KFC (if you really need) and BIC

Location was very convenient being across from the main train station and I'm a building with loads of food options and shops. The hotel itself was excellent. Best of all the 5 hotels we stayed at across Japan which included a Tokyo hotel more than triple the price. The staff were always welcoming and friendly. 3 rooms all up and they were of a reasonable size although we had a superior twin which was comfortable for our family of 3 but I know the moderate queen was a little small for other family members. Still very decent given Tokyo standards. Would highly recommend and we still definitely stay again if we come back.

We really appreciated the size of the room and the spacious bathroom. The location was incredibly convenient—very central and within walking distance to Tenjin Station, which made getting around easy. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a good experience, even with a few hiccups along the way. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

Our first room had a noticeable cigarette smell, which we were told was due to its proximity to the smoking rooms near the lifts. The staff were responsive and moved us to another room farther from the lifts, which resolved the cigarette smell, but unfortunately, there was a strong sewer/toilet odor. We mentioned this at check-out, and when we returned a few days later, the staff kindly accommodated us with a room on a higher floor, far from the lifts, and without any unpleasant smells. We appreciated their willingness to address our concerns and make our stay more comfortable.

Coffee machine is a great bonus. Bathroom is great, good size, but at a cost of the bedroom area. Location is great, but unfortunately you cannot go to the level same as the underground shopping centre/station without taking another lift or escalator.

As the building is also being used by other events and functions, the lifts are also being used by guests other than those staying in hotel, it feels not very secure. It didn't feel like exclusive for those staying in the hotel. There are 2 chairs and a table which is great but at a cost of space which make it slightly harder to open 2 luggages at the same time.

The hotel is literally in the densest and most convenient part of the city in Tenjin. There are maybe 500 (?) restaurants within a 2 block radius, it's insane. Inside the hotel itself is a very large mall that has several floors of great restaurants, then there is another giant mall right next door, then another giant mall after that... it just keeps going. Endless amounts of shops and restaurants. There is an underground shopping street that is seriously a mile long, again with endless amounts of shops and restaurants, and the underground shopping street connects all of the above ground malls, hotels, and the train station. So if it is raining, you can still get from the hotel to all of the shops/trains without having to get wet. But besides the malls, the outdoor streets also have hundreds of great restaurants and other shops, dozens of convenience stores, etc... Then you have both subway lines directly next to the hotel, one regular train line, and a bus station. The area is just as dense as any of the dense areas of Tokyo, so if you're looking for a place to stay that gives you a lot of things to do, this is it. It gives you that same overwhelming feel that other great Japan city centers gives you, where there are so many restaurants and things to do that you feel overwhelmed with choices. The trains that the hotel is close to will take you anywhere around Fukuoka, but they do not take you out of Fukuoka. For that you need to get the JR trains out of Hakata station, which is very close but you do have to make that transfer. So if you're frequently going out of Fukuoka then I would recommend staying closer to Hakata station instead of Tenjin, but if most of your visit will be staying in Fukuoka-city, then staying here is the most convenient. The room itself was nicely appointed without being too luxurious. Just right for the price. It was a decent size, not crazy small like a lot of other rooms in Japan, but not really huge either.

I could hear upstairs people walking around and closing doors. It wasn't the worst thing in the world and it wasn't as loud as other hotels made from wood (this is a concrete building), but it was annoying if I was trying to get early sleep.

Took a free shuttle from Intl terminal to domestic terminal so as to get to subway which is 5 stops from hotel. Location is in the heart of Fukuoka. Easy to navigate to elsewhere for sightseeing. Good to have bottled water refilled daily, I was alright with alternate day housekeeping. McD, Mister Donut & Starbucks just minutes away. Mitsukoshi is just next door and Daimaru (Big Muji there!) is across the road from Mitsukoshi. Love the self help DHC sachets and toilet amenities in hotel lobby, the face wash is good for winter. Coffee machine in the room is also a plus but the coffee is so so only. Having a humidifier in the room is a plus point too.

My teen found a piece of used plaster under the bedsheets. Would be good to have coin operated washing machine in a common area for guests use.

Front desk staff were exceptionally approachable and helpful by assisting us in booking and arranging for the bags to be loaded onto the taxi. Will definitely return to your hotel for our next visit, Location wise, it is centrally located in the city center. Transportation was convenient as the bus terminal is just within walking distance and bus stops just outside the hotel.

Housekeeping was done only on alternate days resulting in trash not cleared. Therefore, soiled baby's diapers and leftover baby's food resulted in unpleasant smell in the room.

Convenient hotel that is linked to a mall and next to the train station. Parking was available onsite if you drive. Location itself was very near to the airport - about a 10-15min drive in the morning. Rooms were comfortable and bathroom was also a good size.

No coin laundry available onsite - nearest one was a 10min walk away in another hotel. Lift was not dedicated to hotel guests - had to share with either those visiting the mall or going to the hotel restaurants and bar. Hence, sometimes there could be a long wait for the lifts to go up to the rooms.

The staff speak proper English which is helpful. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The room is comfortable. Shopping is very close if you are into shopping.

The bath is very deep but you cannot fill it up to the top because the water will drain off once it reach the drainage area. This water doesn't cover the body properly. There is no handle on the bath and make it hard to get off from the deep bath. The view from the room is not spectacular as commenting by others because there is a lot of construction of new taller building which is obstructing the views.

Very centrally located in Tenjin, with the train and bus station all within 2-3 min walking distance. Connected to the underground mall which was convenient on rainy days. Surrounded by mall and a local shopping street. Don’t need to worry about food, it is available everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had many luggages but they were kind to help me with them. Even helped me to book a taxi to get us to the airport. The room was fully equipped and even provided all the necessary toiletries. Love the Algae Bath salt that was complimentary.

The hotel lobby was on level 6 and we had to lug some of our luggages up. The staff provided a trolley for us to manage all the luggages.
