The hotel is close to the Champs Elysees but not too close so its quiet at night and you wont be bothered by the noises The staff were amazing, respectful and very helpful

The elevator is a very tight squeeze and sometimes you will get stained towels. The wardrobe is very small and no shelves to put your stuff on. I had the deluxe bedroom It didn't bother me much as I was a solo traveller but can't imagine it fitting the belongings of two people. On a side note, not sure if this is a french thing but its the first time that I've had the lavatory and the shower/basin in separate rooms, with only one waste basket, so you will have to keep navigating 🤣

The location is awesome, near the Champs-Élysées, the room was pretty big and comfortable. Nice that we could leave our bags and come back later for check-in/check-out. Charming lobby.

The elevator is really small, but is an historic building so I get it, but it couldn't fit two adults with bags, we were lucky to have our room at the first floor.

A welcoming elegant hotel in the heart of Paris - just steps away from the Champs-Elysées, while still being on a side street and quiet. Staff are a delight, professional and helpful. A delicious breakfast offered in the café next to the hotel with friendly staff - with eggs or pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, excellent coffee and fresh juices. Bed is super comfortable and the window opened up to a picturesque Paris street. Good shower, complementary non-alcoholic drinks, bathrobes, a quaint elevator, luggage storage, and a lovely lobby. A fantastic experience!

Location is excellent, staff always friendly, always returned to a clean and coffee refilled room.

Ventilation wasn’t great, room located above the cafe, smelt food from breakfast. AC didn’t work very well, room too hot, opening windows to compensate created further noise from outside, so disrupted sleep.

Location absolutely brilliant, with all of the major tourist attractions within walking distance and also just a minutes walk from a metro station. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast in the restaurant was lovely. The rooms were very nice and clean. We would book this hotel again in future.

Only one very minor point! - We booked two rooms that both advertised as having tea/coffee making facilities, but only one of the rooms had this. We did ask for another kettle and the staff said one would be sent up to our room, but it didn't arrive. In the end we shared the kettle and coffee machine with the other room in our booking - not a huge problem for us as a group booking, but it would have been a shame if we had not had the option to share the other room's facilities.

Sound proof rooms in the city center with a great bed for fantastic sleeping, nice personnel, great value for money, warmly recommend it

All was fine

The rooms we were given were lovely. Mine was a single but still had a double bed and spacious with a lovely bathroom with a bath and shower. Lots of hot water always. Nice space to hang clothing and an iron and ironing board provided. They were cleaned every day. Lovely comfy bed and pillows. Lots of little extras provided including Clarins products, sowing kit, shoe shine. There was no noise to disturb sleep. The staff were so kind and helpful and no idea where any negative comments come about any of them.

Nothing I didn’t like.

I loved the coffee machine, nice shower, first place to supply conditioner ( most places supply shampoo, which is the same as body wash). Staff were nice. Coffee shop next door ( which is where you have breakfast) made great coffee too.

The fridge was way too small to be functional. I would like a kettle to make tea. I didn’t love the office staff changing so often so you don’t have a connection with anyone (although they were very friendly). I also didn’t love the area. Every restaurant we wanted to go to was a 40 -50 minute cab ride away. It was horribly wet and rainy during our stay so it was hard to walk.

Charming authentic French hotel in a fabulous location just off the Champs elysees. Lovely comfy bed and we had a room with a balcony which we loved. Great bath with shower over. Lift very small and old fashioned but we loved it. Coffee shop attached for our morning brew was fantastic. Good value for money and size for the centre of Paris. Highly recommend.

If you want us to say what we didn’t like maybe it was the lack of toiletries and no kettle to make our own tea. But honestly overall fantastic

Lovely hotel, staff, etc. The best location ever! For a city like Paris it is not common to have a big and comfy room like this. You won't regret it. Lovely amenities from Clarins, fancy also! My mom and I were fascinated with this lovely hotel.

The only thing that is not that good is the requirement of leaving the key in the hotel to go out. But this is a common practice in other hotels as well. So nothing major.
