The room was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit a few attractions in the immediate vicinity. What really impressed us was how friendly the staff was. The young miss who checked us in was very polite and offered a lot of information about the hotel and some of the surrounding businesses. The gentleman who checked us out the next day was very personable and friendly. Both employees really took their job seriously, which you don't always see in this realm of employment. We'd definitely stay at this location again because of how helpful and friendly the staff were.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke a little. I think since we were on the first floor and close to the main entrance, some of the smoke from outside was getting into our room. I only noticed it when we first entered the room and quickly became used to it after a few minutes. It didn't cause any agitation (my wife and I are sensitive to cigarette smoke), so that indicates how little there was in there, but it was noticeable at first.

Location because close the Family i was visiting. Everything i needed was close stores food etc

My room was small. Had expectations of Downtown Candlewood. I understand the remodel going on. Check filters on A/C. Heads up on turning on the tv remote, so it goes to the right mode to work. AC in lobby area. No house keeping unless you have week stay. Saw the notification in bathroom after the 2nd nite it wasn't there when I checked in.

We arrived late and the room style I thought I requested wasn’t what I got so the front desk made sure to accolade my families needs. I really appreciated it and the room was already updated for the most part the only thing that could have been better was the AC in the room . Overall it was clean and I felt very safe there.

It was very clean! We stayed for 2 nights and had no issues whatsoever! Check in and check out was very easy! They have everything you need and more!! The desk clerks were very nice and helpful for us too. We will definitely be coming back. We were very pleased!!

We love everything however, the hot tub wasn’t so hot but that didn’t make us want to leave!! We still relaxed and hung out for a bit!

Clean room, kitchenette with dishes a plus. Had issues with TV but front desk guy helped. Spacious room nice bathroom. Staff was great, longer wait for check in than I expected. Overall nice stay has stayed a few times before when I come home to visit.

The bed was too soft for us. My body ached when I got out of it.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to adjust the room temperature to our comfort level.

When we got to our, the TV Didn’t work. The coffee maker and the ice machine did not function at all. After contacting the front desk twice, the TV was functioning. There was no breakfast served at this facility, which was Extremely disappointing. disappointing.

I liked the staff, they were fantastic. They had issues with their pool, but it was finally opened when we checked in. Plus, if you needed a snack or something, they had a little pantry, and all the items were fairly priced. Also, they had items you could check out, like games and books. Other items were kitchen appliances (since it is an extended stay hotel) it felt like they thought of everything .

Their pool was extremely cold. I don't know if it was the fact they just got it back up and running, but I could only swim for a few minutes.

Very friendly staff. Easy check in. Very comfortable beds.

There is construction going on so the parking lot has less space and just like any construction projects there is updates happening. We were informed of this ahead of time so it was no issue. Looking forward to visiting and seeing the completed work.

The staff was very friendly. They were very sorry that booking.com let me book a bigger room when they had only the small studio unit available.

Jacuzzi wasn't working and pool didn't look as nice as the photos on booking.com. I'm very upset with booking.com. I feel robbed because I overpaid for a room that I did not get.

I could not get the TV to work. Told the front desk about it. Also the toilet tank would not refill on it's own. I had to take the lid off and move the flow so the water would refill the tank. Told the front desk but nothing happened.
