Comfortable, clean, good location, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was the expected pastries with a good variety available including hard boiled eggs which we were surprised to see eaten as you would a piece of fruit (shelled of course!). Evening meals also available. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

One reason we booked this hotel was that Booking.com showed that it provided an airport shuttle, but on enquiring with the hotel, turned out that this isn't the case. However they advised us of a train service from the airport which left us to within about 10 minutes walk, so it worked out ok in the end. But the icon for 'airport shuttle' should be removed from the information.

Great value for money, very spacious and clean rooms! Great aircon! Room cleaned daily. This hotel is great value for money. I don’t understand any of the bad reviews, this is a 3 star hotel & very cheap, I don’t understand what people expect for the price. For a 3 star this was excellent. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was nice- pistachio croissants were delicious. Free underground parking which was so helpful and if you’re renting a car, it’s better that this hotel is outside the city centre because driving in Palermo is not for the weak so it was nice to be 5 minutes from the motorway.

The area surrounding the hotel is filthy but this is nothing to do with the hotel itself & not much they can do about it. In general, the streets of Palermo are very unclean. The walk into the centre is not comfortable as you are constantly avoiding broken glass, rubbish etc on the streets & dangerous in sandals. However, it isn’t unsafe but appears that way because it’s so dirty. I recommend getting the bus instead as the stop is 3 minutes from the hotel & only 1.40€

As far as the hotel is concerned, it was excellent for the price. The breakfast offered a good variety, and I really enjoyed it. The staff were very cooperative and helpful to the tourists. I would like to make a special mention of Salvo for his support and his way of guiding me with tips and tricks for navigating the city more easily. Overall, it’s a must-try if you're visiting the area!

This isn’t about the hotel, but rather Palermo as a city. As a solo female traveler for work, I did not feel comfortable walking alone, even during the daytime. Several moments felt unsafe, and based on my experience, I would not recommend Palermo to solo women travelers. There are many beautiful and welcoming places in Italy, but unfortunately, Palermo was not one of them for me.

This is not a fancy hotel, but it's clean and nice. The personnel is super helpful and very friendly. The hotel is near the historical center and beautyful park with birds. Our room had a large terrace with city view, it's a great place to enjoy evening wine. The room has an air conditioner and it is very helpful in summer heat. A good choice of wine in the bar (and friendly personnel here too).

Not a bad thing, just a hint: The breakfasts mainly consist of pastry. I know, it is typical for Italy, but a bit strange for foreigners. If you prefere the typical english breakfasts with plenty of cheese, ham, etc, it would be strange for you - you can get only boiled eggs, sausages and one kind of cheese and ham. But a lot of really nice pastry: pie, donuts, croissants. Coffee is good, so is the juice.

The staff is super nice and helpful (gave us advice, helped us with directions, allowed us to check out super early with no issues). The hotel itself is really close to the Palazzo dei Normani and about 15-20 minutes walk from the center. This was perfect for us because the city center can get quite busy so it was nice being able to escape to a quieter area at night. It is also about a 20 minute walk from the Palermo Central station but you also have a ton of bus options if you prefer to take transportation. The room we stayed in was big and spacious with a super comfortable bed, plus a nice balcony to enjoy the night breeze. Breakfast had great croissants and fresh fruit every morning. All in all we were really happy with the hotel and we think it's a great choice when visiting Palermo.

Everything was just fine during our stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff made us feel welcome. The breakfast was plentiful and satisfying, with both sweet and savory options available, so there was something for everyone. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical choice, especially if you’re looking for a clean room, a decent breakfast, and a good base in Palermo.

The hotel is perfectly fine for the price you pay and has a large safe underground carpark which is free. With our flight getting in after midnight having somewhere easy to find and park was important. Rooms are clean and have coffee making facilities. Breakfast was good.

Maybe a little shabby in places but you get what you pay for. It about a 15 minute walk to the old town and Palermo is a little rough and grubby.

We picked this hotel because of the free off street parking (which is a MUST in Palermo if you arrive by car). The hotel itself was nicer than expected although it is a place where a lot of groups come (there was a huge group of students there while we were). The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were all very helpful. The hotel is close enough to walk to all of the key attractions in Palermo.

The neighborhood and street were dirty and not well lit which made it feel a little unsafe at night, especially since it was a 10-15 minute walk from the main city attractions. Thank goodness for Google Maps as we never could have found this place without it!

+Location is great. Just a 10 minutes stroll to the Cathedral of Palermo. +Private gated underground parking was quite usefull in the marrow streets of Palermo. +Local grocery store just 4 minutes away.

The breakfast is very poor. White bread, proschuto/parma/cheese. One day we there were boiled eggs, but only for a one morning, then they dissapeared. Orange and banana also available. That is basically it.

Good value for money, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Our room was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of choices. A nice gentleman at the reception desk was very helpful in providing us with information on how to go around the city. Would recommend.

The location is a bit uncomfortable, but overall the quality of the hotel made up for it.
