The front desk and kitchen staff were exceptional. Especially the older woman who worked preparing the food for breakfast. The location was perfect. The helpfulness of the front desk staff who assisted me with making the needed changes to my reservation. The gentleman who was so kind to get us an extra role of toilet tissue, because there was not an extra roll stocked in our room.

The fact that if we hadn't noticed that there was not an extra roll of toilet tissue, well we would have been in a unpleasant situation. The peeling wallpaper throughout the facility. ie . . .hallways, guest rooms. The area out in front of the elevator, the floor showing signs of trash and or something soiled(wet) drugged across the floor into the carpeted flooring of the elevator. So far, that was for two days and never was cleaned up.

Great location. Loved the foosball and pool table. Breakfast was average- didn’t refill food as often as should have, especially when they knew they were booked full of families and teens/kids for various weekend events. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean except the floor had dust bunnies floating all around it. Bed was comfy. Would stay here again.

Really wish they had an indoor pool & hot tub. Feel that for the money, the room should have also had a microwave like most hotels do. The room just has a tiny mini-refrigerator.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and competent.

Being dog friendly, it would be useful to add dog waste station outside (Pooh bags and trash receptacles). We picked up after our dog but clearly others didn’t. Also, it would be helpful to disclose what the pet fee is. I was a bit stunned by the charge ($85). Maybe it is on the website but I didn’t see it (my bad I know) but a bit more prominently would be helpful.

Wonderful location. Very clean facility. Front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and efficient upon check in. Breakfast was great. Overall my staycation was great at Tru.

A little disappointed with the firmness of the bed. I like a firm bed but this one was a little too firm. However it wasn’t as bad as others and I was able to get use to it and slept fairly well.

Aiko was so efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and so kind! She always checks to verify Hilton Honors members and ensures members get their benefits. Benefits are a big reason why we keep coming back to Hilton. Aiko's customer service is exceptional! She does go above and beyond. She also helped me with an issue of duplicate accounts and wrote down everything I needed to know and do. I've called the # on the card for customer service multiple times to correct it only to find out at the next stay that they did nothing. Hopefully, this time it will work! I saw and heard her give 4 different members their benefits (water and cookie). When you check in I think they should check that. I showed the gals at check-in my Hilton honors page and just assumed they noticed. Guess I should have asked... Otherwise, as always, the rooms are comfy, very clean and convenient!! We greatly appreciate being able to have our service dog with us. The pool was nice. I like that it was outside! Breakfast is always delish, hot, great selection and clean! We've loved staying at all the Trus and Home2s! Thank you!

Everything was great except being recognized as HH members when we checked in. I think everyone should be asked or checked so they will get their being it's. So thankful for Aiko!!

The hotel as whole was very clean and the staff was very friendly/helpful. The location was perfect for the event we were attending in Murfreesboro. The breakfast was a slightly above average hotel breakfast and the pancake maker was nice.

The sheet/duvet seemed slightly small for the bed with two people trying to to stay covered. The rooms are small but for the price that is OK.

They had a very good breakfast which was served on time and kept all food refilled and coffee urns full. I liked that this was a pet friendly hotel (even though you pay a lot these days to take a pet to a hotel). The staff was exceptionally nice and the rooms clean.

It's a bit expensive and the pet fee is quite high.

this property was very clean and in a safe surrounding area. the evening staff was very nice and checkin was simple.we only stayed 1 night but enjoyed it. the bathrooms were very big and I loved the shower. hot water was excellent!!

the pillows were unfortunately very uncomfortable. even though they were soft, they fell completely flat when you laid on them. usually you would get 2 pillows on each side of the bed and we only had 3? so that was a little odd but hey I’m a pillow snob so if you could care less about pillows your all good. lol

It was very clean and the staff was great. We were also 3 minutes away from the surgery center for my daughter's surgery.

The only thing I didn't like was where the room we pick was. I didn't know when selecting our room that we were right next to the pantry of the hotel. We were woken up when they started there day at 5.

Exceptional clean hotel, bathroom and beds were nice and clean , matress wasn’t very comfortable but everything else was great, complimentary breakfast was good,hot biscuits and gravy along with la carte items. My stay was with children so overall I recommend. The location is in a good neighborhood with other shopping and dinner’s. I would stay again !!
