We didn't have time for breakfast as we were on an early shuttle.

At no time during the booking process did you state that it was necessary to make a reservation for the evening meal. We were quite disappointed to be told the restaurant was fully booked and had to go to Leclerc and scrabble a picnic in our room. Having checked the booking process, at no time does it recommend that the restaurant needs to be booked. This was our 4th stay with the hotel and we love the situation and views. We have eaten in the hotel and golf club each time we have stayed. If it is now necessary to make a reservation for the restaurant perhaps you should include it in the booking process.

Excellent location close to the motorway, lovely walks nearby for the dog. The hotel was exceptionally dog friendly, the staff were very accommodating and looked after us very well. As it was a Sunday there was no open restaurant however the hotel did provide a charcuterie and cheeseboard which was very welcome. Also did a very nice breakfast. Overall, it was really good value for money. Will definitely come back.

Great location for our group overnight stop before Le Shuttle back to Folkestone. The rooms were clean and comfortable for our short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We dined outside at the golf club restaurant, with stunning views across the golf course. Our food was delicious and well presented.

We had rooms overlooking the car park, rather than the golf course, but for one night it didn’t really matter.

Good parking,large room,air conditioning ,the very quiet location and very pleasant view onto the golf course . Extremely pleasant staff .

The shower needed a screen or curtain to stop the water spraying onto the floor. The wall under the window needs attention ,the plaster was damaged and for a luxury room it is not acceptable. The dressing table had severe water marks and does not look luxury.

The hotel was very nice. It was a stopover for us on our journey. The evening Porter was very accommodating, serving us a drink when we arrived late and tired. A lovely man and great customer service. The breakfast was sufficient, but seems like it was very busy as ran out of nearly everything. The staff were very good and were able to get us anything we needed. All in all, a great stay and would recommend.

The hotel was in a beautiful position with excellent views. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. There was a water problem with the first room we we given, but the room was changed immediately when I mentioned the problem. The reduced Monday dinner was excellent, being a hot buffet style. The breakfast was much better than expected in a French hotel.

Unfortunately the bath was difficult to get into and especially to exit. There were no grab handles and there was a danger of slipping.

The bath/shower was dangerous. Very high side to climb over. Slippery base to the bath with no handles to hold onto while showering or getting in and out. No anti-slip mat or material on the floor of the bath

We had a fabulous meal in the restaurant. Staff were lovely. Room was an excellent size, and separate toilet and shower great for a change. Very reasonable price in the restaurant and for the room, which was beautifully decorated. Great decor. Would go again.

Would have been great to have had an English speaking news channel, there's a lot going on in the UK recently. Our French is a little rusty.

we expected a 4 star hotel to be able to provide food at all hours - they promised we had a table for dinner on Sunday night, but a few days before arrival told us the restaurant was closed - it never would have been open. However they did provide a great meat & cheese platter in the bar.

Would have loved to have eaten a proper meal - fish and veg!

Well located about 30 minutes from the channel tunnel. We had driven 11 hours from the Var and needed somewhere comfortable and quiet for a night’s kip. This place was excellent. Easy to find, lovely staff, clean and well-equipped room with a bath. We ate at McDonalds down the road as the dining room was full, but we didn’t fancy a ‘full’ dinner anyway: the breakfast was really good at 07:00 before an easy drive to the tunnel.
