My first room was horrible, and I requested another room after I saw bugs on the wall up near the ceiling. I think we call them beatles or stink bugs in the south but there was no way I was staying in that room with them. The front desk had no qualms about moving me to the back of the building. He was kind and polite. The second room was very nice and honestly, what is in the photo reviews and what I expected. Even the mattress was good. The first mattress really needed to be trashed! It was bad. Very bad. It was very worn out, saggy, and squeaky, and would've made for a long, long night. I was very disappointed in the room on the front of the hotel! Both rooms had a fridge and microwave, only the second one had a small hair dryer, which I was thankful for since I forgot mine. Will I stay there again, no. Would I recommend? Only if there's more than one person staying in a king room with special requests for non-smoking. I didn't request a non-smoking bc I assumed they're all non-smoking now. The room on the second floor (212) on the backside of the bldg was clearly marked. This was a nice room. The owners have put in very nice flooring, nice towels, bedding, but that mattress and bugs are a deal breaker! They need to go in and lie down to check them out the beds and rooms themselves. One point deducted for the bad mattress and Beatles in the first room because I can't fault the second, larger room in any way.

The mattress and bugs on the ceiling are unacceptable in the first room I was given.

It was easy to find once I got off of the interstate and very convenient to my destination of the high school baseball game.

The parking lot is too small, we had to park in the back when we came back from our ballgames, it was 11:00 at night, our room was on the front right beside the office so I was a little nervous just my 14 year old granddaughter and myself walking from the back to the front.

Great location to stop for the night on my way to Florida. They are pet friendly, and a very good value.

Terrible pillows...flat. I had to fold them in half to elevate my head. Need to be replaced.

They still offered smoking rooms. The Continental breakfast was good. The bed was very large and comfortable.

The first room, the key didn't work so we had to change. One of the waffle makers didn't work so there was a wait at breakfast.

clean attractive room, friendly staff/service, breakfast was typical continental style offerings, the location was easy to find, clean attractive appearance, I will stay here again if I am traveling to this location.

The curtains in the room were broken. The A/C control digital numbers were not legible to adjust the fan and temperature. Whoever painted the ceiling looks like they were in too much of a hurry. These are not so much problems but a nuisance.

The staff was very nice.The stay was quiet and comfortable.There was plenty restaurants close by and shopping stores as well.Also a great view.

There was no inside pool or jaccuzzi.There was an outdoor pool but it wasn't open during our stay.The weather was in the low 80"s you would have expected the pool tp be opened with a lifeguard on site.

It's Hugh bed and it's location is the best

The ice machine was broken and the staff check in lady wasn't pleasant at all

The room 235 we had there were some spots on the ceiling that needs fixed

Only problem I had was the air in the room I could not get it to set correctly

Always choose red roof because of value and my pets stay for free. We travel to the area about once a month for 2 to 3 days each and would rather stay there than cramped at my mom's I always forget to use my red roof rewards though
