everything is very comfortable in the hotel and corresponds to the photo. There is enough food and it is tasty. In the room, not everyone may like the glass shower) The restoration of the hotels opposite will of course interfere with rest for a long time

the deluxe rooms were fab! the shower was amazing. water fall and powerful! not usually seen that in Greece before. the etching on the shower wasn’t a problem at all. I would understand if sharing with a friend or relative. but as a couple it didn’t bother us at all. the beds were comfortable. we didn’t use the pool area but was great that you could borrow towels for a fee there is a hair dryer in the room. not a great one but did the trick. the breakfast was very good. more choice that I thought. we usually stay in small family run hotels so was a little different for us this time. the receptionist helped us get to Lindos for the day and printed out a bus time table and also gave us directions. lovely walk upto castle around 20 mins.

wardrobes we’re abit outdated and didn’t fit in with the aesthetic with the lovely rooms. also the lights on the thermostat and power grid the rooms could be blocked out gave out so much light some nights couldn’t sleep

The hotel is very nice, it's luxurious and cozy at the same time. Staff is very friendly and they helped me to change the room to more suitable one. Unfortunately I had to return home earlier than planned due to personal reasons. The breakfast was good and the rooms are clean. The pool is spacious compared to many other city hotels in the Rhodes city. I'm happy to recommend Athena hotel to travellers who are looking for a good city hotel with nice atmosphere, located near to beach, shops, bars, and sights such as Mandraki harbour and old town.

At the moment there are massive renovations in the neighbourhood and it might cause some noise during day time. It should be over until next summer.

Hotel was amazing🤩 cleaners do an amazing job. Room is very good size, for us 3 was pleanty space. breakfest was very good 😋 pleanty of tables outside and inside, topped up every time no emty trays left. All staff in the hotel were very lovely, friendly and helpful. Girl in reception Stamatia is wonderful, she knows her job, she organise everything 😍 she is star in the hotel, thank you Stamatia😊 Great experience would highly recommend. I'vd been in many countries and places, but none compare to this hotel 🤩

This is already my second visit to this hotel, year after year, so I can make a comparison. The hotel is located very close to the sea. There are many shops and restaurants around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's clean, with good and varied food. The hotel is worth its price!

The only new issue was the chronic need to wait for coffee spoons, which were constantly in short supply. The staff worked hard, trying to keep them available, but the problem persisted for several days a week. I can't believe the hotel management isn't aware that the demand for them is very high. People use them to stir coffee, tea, and eat yogurts, puddings, and pastries. It might be worth addressing this situation, as it’s embarrassing for both the hotel guests who must ask and wait a few minutes and the staff, who really put in a lot of effort during breakfast.

The location was very good, the room was spacious and we received the room we booked on booking.com. Modern room with all the facilities. Air conditioning was working very well, being very helpful as it was already extremely hot. The staff was very friendly and ready to help in any situation. Overall the stay was good, reaching easily the standards of a 3 stars hotel.

When we arrived, the floor of the room was dirty, but we thought maybe they just forgot to pass the vacuum. Unfortunately, in 1 week the situation didn't improve. The floor was actually washed, but with a very dirty water (?). As a result, after cleaning, instead of smelling as fresh, it was smelling bad. The breakfast was good, but for a longer stay, it gets a bit repeatitive, as there are always the same things, with some small changes. This could be a good thing to improve. Another thing is that I specifically asked for a double bed, and we got 2 single beds together, which made it a bit uncomfortable, too bad as the mattress and pillows were actually comfortable.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The premises of the hotel and pool area were always well-kept. We had two rooms. One of them was recently revamped. Nevertheless, both rooms were comfortable and very clean. AC and WiFI worked perfectly. The hotel was very central and close to the beach and restaurants. Very close to the old town. All in all, this is an excellent hotel with excellent service and perfect location.

There is only one elevator in the hotel. Luckily, we were on the second floor. So, we use the stairs skipping the waiting time for the elevator. The breakfast was good, but it could be improved. More fresh fruits, natural juices, and smoothies will add to the breakfast experience.

Well kept, smart clean hotel in a good location for local beaches and exploring Rhodes town. The nearest beach only a couple of minutes walk away and the old town 15 minutes walk away. Our double room was large, bright and airy, with a large balcony to relax on. Rooms fridge was perfect beer temperature. Hotels buffet style breakfast was really good with plenty of choice for all. We didn’t eat at the hotel bar, but drinks were good and reasonably priced. Pool was ok, but the sunbed area was a little small. Lots of restaurants and cafes surround the hotel area, with the busier streets only a few minutes walk away. Spent 7 nights and had an enjoyable stay.

The shower cubicle was a little small. The shower was great, but not so easy to pick up the soap if you dropped it.

Location was perfect, close to everything and yet somehow far from the madding crowd. Rooms were clean and recently refurbished in exceptionally good taste, bright and with attention to detail. Kudos to the interior designer! The glass bathroom wall is a great touch. I also liked the spaciousness and the design of the lobby area, the hotel felt like a place where your soul can breathe and chill :) Bed super comfy, aircon works very well and keeps room cool.

Location is great, breakfast was fine but nothing extraordinary. The price was incredibly low so everything far exceeded what I would have expected at this price point
