I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Medjugorje. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very well managed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were kind, welcoming, and eager to accommodate our requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere around the hotel adds to the spiritual and serene feeling of Medjugorje, making it the perfect place to stay while visiting the town. Everything was clean, organized, and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Medjugorje. It truly enhanced our experience and made our visit even more special.

First thing I want to mention is about the staff, very supportive. My father had a strong vertigo crisis arriving in town and the hotel staff was amazing on supporting us, caring to make everything easier, smooth and comfortable for my father. Everyone was really awesome and I can’t thank enough! About the hotel, rooms are large and very comfortable. Plenty of space for parking. The property is walking distance from the main church and very close to restaurants and stores.

Hotel staff was helpful. Quiet area near city center and all pilgrimage atractions.

Problem of hotel are restaurant services. During very hot period (more than 40°C), no bar, terace, no drinks such as cold beer, cold non alcohol drings..., only take away in bottle. We had to urfontunatelly search this services in other hotels, restaurants and shops. Moreover hotel room was withot refriger! Breakfast was more poor as we expected in 4* hotel.

Very friendly and competent Team. Everything went quickly at check in and without any problems. Spacious room on first floor with balcony . Very silent place. Perfect location- 5 minutes walk to the St James Church. Good breakfast. Enough place for parking. I do recommend this hotel. If we come again we want to stay in this hotel. Many Thanks to the Team.

The staff was PHENOMENAL! It was my mom's birthday and I asked where I could order a cake for her as a surprise and the staff took care of it for me. I can't wait to go back and I will be staying here. It was so close to everything we needed and wanted to go.

Fantastic hotel, with a lovely balcony...worth getting in my view....very central - only a few minutes walk from St James' Church

We had forgotten whether breakfast was included and we weren't asked for our room number or made aware that it wasn't part of "our deal" - so we thought that it was....however it was extra, and added to our bill (which we willingly paid) - but it would have been nice to have been made aware of this.......just a very small "blip" on an excellent stay.

The Hotel was very clean, new and quiet and ‘the air conditioning was gold! The location was great and helped us ensure our stay was very enjoyable.

A small fridge in the room would have been helpful.

Fantastic staff at the reception and the restaurant. We arrive very early and were able to get straight into our room. We had a traditional Bosnian meal, which was very good and the waiter was fantastic.

Everything very nice, very new and clean hotel! Would recommend

If I have to pick something, I would say that breakfast was a little too basic, but being a little picky about it
