We already stayed in ALL leading hotels of Jumeirah. After our stay last week, we need to say this one of the Top 2, if not even the best one! Starting with a really comfortable early check in, there was - due to our early coming in the morning - prepared a small breakfast in our room! We never had had any similar welcome in any other hotel. Each evening was prepared a thermos flask with tea together with a small cake. The generall overall service was absolutely outstanding. Breakfast and food in all restaurants always tasty. And as the hight point the team staffs of the beach they presented for my wife flowers and a bottle of real champagne. Due the unexpected surprise my wife got goosebumps. Finally it was a very beautiful stay in a wonderful hotel with high motivated staffs.

Everything was absolutely amazing – from the service, facilities, and cleanliness, to the breathtaking sea. My birthday celebration was truly exceptional, with such thoughtful room arrangements and warm hospitality. I enjoyed every single moment of my stay at Bvlgari Resort and can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for making my special day unforgettable. Truly the best resort and service I’ve ever experienced in Dubai! 🌟

This is my third time in the resort. Everything was and is perfect as usual. The lobby, spa, beach, room service, … were super good especially Ayoub, he is very professional.

The room interior where nice clean very quite room .the staff helpful . They spoiled you The first hotel that offers breakfast until 11 pm ! You can have it in the restaurant your room or at the pool , menu full of choices like egg pancakes granola cheese platter…….

The sea need to be more clean because in is like lagoon the water was not clean

Exceptional staff going above and beyond to please guests. Attention to small details such as placing hot tea and snacks in the room daily and many other small details in room, as well as the availability of all day breakfast in the room make it a very pleasurable experience staying there.

Room booked with ocean view is actually partial sea view with view of marina building, which was not what I expected. Beach area like the palm area is man made so not as pretty as actual Jumeirah beaches. Beach area too quiet, relaxing lounge music would’ve been nice.

I normally stay at the Westin Hotel in Jumeirah Beach but was a little dissapointed the last time I stayed there as I was put into a room which was a very long way from Reception/exit/or dining area, so after a fair amount of research I settled on The Bulgari resort. My expectations were exceeded

Everything was above expectation. The hotel is beautiful, room very nice and fancy and most importantly the service is just perfect. They will do the maximum to let you feel at home and provide you with anunique experience. Hotel is expensive so its very nice to have so many complimantary things such as beach bag, non alcoholic drinks in the room, etc. Will definately be back

The rooms are very spacious and the décore is amazing. The facilities were very convenient. They have many restaurants that will satisfy any person. The complementary services we got throughout our stay around the clock and most importantly the 24 hour breakfast.

Everything about the Bvlgari was perfection, the staff, the facilities, the service and overall experience was magical, I have never stayed anywhere like this and will definitely be going back

I loved almost everything: friendly stuff, amazing interiors, good breakfasts, endless presents

Probably the beach (the entrance to the water feels strange), the kids club seemed a little messy, could be great to have a playground inside the hotel for the kids.
