No other facilities available in the hotel

Very close to the beach and to the business centre, with public transportation near by and a good restaurant on the back.

Both the room and some hotel facilities (e.g. the gymn) could be better taken care of. Some small damage could be easily fixed.

Great location just on the beach, lots of options near by to enjoy the day and night. Very supportive and welcoming staff, they are so high beyond expectations.

We were looking for a hotel for a week in Dubai for the best possible price, we found this hotel for 500 €. Then we red all reviews, we saw really bad ones, so we were afraid to see the reality:) and prepared for the worst:) We arrived at the hotel around 10 o'clock straight from the airport. They didn't let us in at first and we had to wait until 2 o'clock, so we walked around the area and saw the beach very next to the hotel. Beach was nice. But all shops and bars were abandoned on the beachside so we had to return to the hotel restaurant to wait for the room as it was hot. The advantages of the hotel: * the location is remote, but the taxi connection is very good, it is ~5 km to Burj Khalifa, ~ 6 km to the airport *nearby we found scooter rental places , we went to the most beautiful beaches using them * to other attractions we went by taxi * there is a grocery store nearby, and many restaurants * the hotel staff were all very nice, always smiling and saying hello, there was no problem communicating in English :) * we found kettle, a hairdryer and a fridge in the room, so were very happy to put snacks and drinks cold * sunrise on the roof is wonderful, so wake up and go on the roof:)

Cons of the hotel: * the bedding didn't look very clean, I had read about it in the comments, so I put mine in the luggage and i used it:) * I saw a few cockroaches ;/ * the bathroom floor was always wet, bathroom was not ventilated * there was a karaoke on the weekend until three o'clock in the morning, at five o'clock on Sunday we had the flight so we slept only two hours :/

It's a very good place, near to the beach, good for vacation and relaxing... the staff is so accommodating the food is really good 10/10

Great Location next to the beach

It is excellent location when you want to jump into ocean . Sunset beach walk highly recomended and all types of restaurants appreciated (mostly with high beach prices). I loved swimming pool. It is not like typical Dubai supermodern hotel without mistakes,not artificial - thats why I loved spirit and vibes of this facility. Supermarkets not far, LA MER not far, MCdonald´s closer. Can be noisy when people chatting around midnight but you can socialize and Middle East lives at midnight so it is normal. . Dont count with WIFI in room but it is ok-you need to have rest from internet on your holiday as well:) You can grab buses to see other unknown parts of Dubai and you can easily start jogging for example direction Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Have a budget for taxis when you cant walk anymore:)

it is very closed to the Lamer beach, like 1 minutes by walk. Best price food shop is 2 minutes. Airport is about 25 minutes by taxi. Hotel has a small pool. There is an inside garden, you can feel and act like home. Special thanks to Moataz from reception, “the night shift men”, he is alwasy kind and helpful!

it is a 2 star hotel, it is according to that. it has a gym, but a bit old fashion.

10/10 Highly recommend (Just booked) We were in Dubai me and my girlfriend for the 1st time. Everything was easy since we arrived in the hotel. All the crew was very helpful specially Motiz and Fouzia. The room was perfect, installation and facilities too. The bar was amazing too. You can watch every single match game, smoking shisha anytime and drinking alcohol. If you're thinking of coming here book this hotel. You're literally next to the beach and well connected with taxi everywhere in the city. We're very happy. We will be back ❤️
