Pool is tiny Kitchen BUT no tools/utensils to cook. When I asked for them, I was told that it is not allow to cook. So be aware of this, what could be important if you are planing to cook your own food.

I liked overall cleanliness of every hotel area and the openess of staff to help visitors, excellent facilities such as under 5 yrs kids play area, male gym, swimming pool, broad sitting area at the reception, etc huge available parking both in the basement and adjacent to the hotel site

Basement parking is quite tight and access to every floor is by access card only

The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave and fridge. Everything you need for a great stay is provided. Highly recommend! Fresh flowers on the reception and coffee station was a lovely touch.

There was pillow service declared but nothing was available at all, pillows was good but very high for me.

Exceeded our expectations. Its worth choosing than any other costly star hotels. Nice location, friendly staffs, excellent choice for family with kids. Only a minor suggestion is that if possible they should allow women also in the swimming pool. Otherwise we loved our entire stay

The pillows on the bed were very hard, I couldn't sleep well. Also the swimming pool size looks larger in the pictures compared to reality

Hotel was really nice and clean. About 40 mins from the airport and around 15 mins to the Bahrain border. Pool was enjoyable for the children and check out was at 2 pm. It was a pleasant stay and I would definitely come back !

Nothing really

The place is clean and that was my main concern. I stayed only for almost one day so I can't comment on the housekeeping staff but I'm sure it's good. The rooms are soundproof so you can sleep in peace. The view is also nice esp. if you book rooms on the higher floors.

The only concern is that bathroom slippers are veryyy slippery on the tiles of the main hall which is a huge fall risk, especially for the elderly. Secondly, there needs to be more changing ports especially in the main room.

The cleanliness, the lovely reception staff, the ease of entry, and the quick response to requests.

Some easy remarks: I hope the children’s play area has a variety of games and more attention to the club and pool area.

Almost everything to be honest, really nice Hotel and facilities.

I think more explanation about the Swimming pool times and what was allow or not for my wife. Also I think they could explain us about Wifi because we never receive any information for wifi.
