The location is convenient, close to metro and bus which will take you in 20-30 min to city center, and the main attraction points. The size of the rooms is decent, with 2 kids. The rooms are clean, the personnel is helpful. parking is s strong point when arriving by car. Breakfast is decent and you can find some good things to start the day with.

The breakfast might add a little bit of diversity, considering this is a 4 star hotel. The personnel in the area should pay more attention when the plates are not available anymore. The heat in the room can be an annoying factor. Toilet brush availability is a must in this century....;)

Roomy underground carpark.Very comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of choice and good quality breakfast buffet. Quick service and good food for dinner.Well situated for travelling (easy access to the A6 South bound.

Upon registering it would be useful to offer 2 key cards to a travelling couple and to indicate that to use one of the lifts, no key card is required. Two small details: No brush in the WC and no sachets of cream for the early morning coffee in the bedroom…..

reception area was based on an island, in the middle of the foyer, constituting of two people with a laptop each- very casual, a bit too casual - maybe it's me as I'm used to traditional hotels and haven't quite seen anything like this before; maybe it takes a bit of getting used to it:)

great staff , great service . not the best location but the service and cleanliness were very good .

the price was great €254 for a family of 4 for two nights . unbeatable ! Fantastic as we wanted somewhere to sleep and enjoy Paris the whole 2 days we were there . local amenities were very good , just a walking distance from Porte d’Italie shops . All you need is there . We checked out at 12 but because our flight back was at 21:00 , Novotel held our bags free of charge yes free of charge until 17:00 when our taxi to the airport arrived , booked by Novotel . Other hotels would charge you £50 euros to keep your luggage beyond checkout . it’s not luxury but it does what it says on the tin .

New facility, clean room, comfy beds.. friendly staff. The soundproofing in rooms is superb , we slept nice all nights we stayed

Breakfast is ok, little more variety would be nice and change menues by days, also bigger plates and more cutlery would be a must for 4* hotel , withh lot of seasoning and spices optiongs soses,meet ect . It would be nice to have windows that can open. For ventilation purposes if anything..

there was a irritating sound in the room every half hour. refrigerator wasn’t working. but they gave us a free parking

We had the chance to be accomodate in a recent renovated room on level5. Room was clean at entrance and was being cleaned every morning after our leave. Breakfast was really satisfying and staff was doing their best. Parking was satisfying. There are restaurants and groceries and bakery in adjacent street less than 200 meter and is a nice place to walk after returning hotel at the evening if you have still enough energy and you dont want straight go to bed. Area was safe and clean enough for a family. Room was really big according to Paris average in my opinion. Good hotel for value. Recommended.

Really I can not mention spicific item but consider that we took a recently renovated room.

This is a nice hotel for what you pay. We were earlier in a different place in the same area but then we shifted to this one. This place is very nicely maintained. They do housekeeping every day and when you return from your day site seeings, the hotel room is kept clean and crisp with brand new towels.

Location is just outside Paris outer ring road so travel to and fro to center of city is a bit of a pain. But metro stations are just 7-8 min walk away and this did not pose as a big problem.

Clean room, confortable bed, good variety at breakfast, many restaurants in the vecinity, 8 minutes to metro station, parking right under the hotel, windows don't open at all but very good ventilation even for allergies, AC works well.

Small space in the parking so very hard to get in and out.

It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The air conditioner did not work. Instead there was a fan.To our good luck, during our stay, there was an unexpected drop of the temperature.
