Very stylish hotel in the heart of the old city with great places to eat very nearby. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We would stay there again. We did not take breakfast , but there are plenty of cafes nearby.

The room was smaller than we had expected (small double room) - but probably our fault for not really paying attention to the m2 size.... it's difficult if you are using a full sized suitcase, but the bathroom is a good size and the room is comfortable The parking the offer is a valet service where the car is kept out of the centre... t works but you don't have immediate access to the car on site.

Located right in the centre of Arezzo a few minutes from local bars and restaurants. Easy to get around the town and explore historical sites. Very helpful staff on reception, particularly Arroura, who went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The room was in the basement so apart from a back entrance there was no access to daylight. Breakfast was served in another windowless room in the basement and was fairly limited.

Location was excellent....best location in the city.....you are in the center of the historical district...best restaurants and shopping easy walking distance. Staff was great.

The breakfast was I think more for European type travelers than American.....we just found it easier to get coffee and pastry on the go at one of the many locations around the hotel.

Air conditioning in the duplex rooms is not enough as cold air is not coming to the up floor (obliged us to sleep all in the ground floor in two beds instead of our four)! Second, some families probably staying permanently in the hotel ? or renting upper floors, therefore young children running on an old wooden floor can really upset you....if you got there for long weekend etc to relax

Location was perfect for main attractions. We liked the decor/paintings with lots of tiles. Modern bathroom with jacuzzi and lots of towels.

Compact room, with no comfortable seating in the room or elsewhere in the hotel, nowhere to relax apart from lying on the bed. No bar and we chose to get breakfast elsewhere.

Character room with amazing air con - effective and quiet. Big window in main bedroom and bathroom letting in lots of light. ‘Valet’ type car parking for €20 per day which is definitely worth it having driven around to find the hotel. It’s worth noting that as the hotel is ‘in’ the ‘no car drive zone’ - as you are staying, you can drive in all of these areas; the number plate is then reported so that you won’t receive a fine… Mini fridge in room which we kept some of our stuff in. Several places to get breakfast just outside the door as hotel was very centrally located but I was getting fed up of pastries! Requested quiet room and it was, despite lots of bars around. We loved Arezzo…a mixture of tourists and locals - or so it seemed…

Nowhere to put luggage or open luggage - just one very tiny luggage rack which you couldn’t even open a normal size suitcase. No seating area - room quite compact. It’s called the ‘ Graziella Patio Hotel’ but there is no patio or terrace to sit.

Location, quality of rooms, quality of service.

It declares to have parking included (appearing after filtering the hotels in Arezzo) instead the parking is a public parking close to the hotel and costs 20€/day. It should not appear as an hotel with parking or it should declare clearly that the parking is on top of the price and not just below the hotel.

Very well maintained, clean, and well appointed rooms. Very comfortable bed, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location is great in the historic center of Arezzo which is absolutely charming.

The room was a duplex, with bedroom and bath upstairs, and sitting area downstairs. Very tight space in bedroom and bathroom, and the stairway felt a little precarious at night

The location was great, the room size was fine; however, there must be apartments in the building as well. We could hear children and chairs sliding above our heads and had to call front desk, which indicated people live in the building as well .

A very tasteful, comfortable stay with excellent, understated service. The staff were helpful with parking and the room was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable.
