Always a good experience with friendly, helpful staff. A little way out of the main town but this hotel suits us when we are driving to the ferry port at Santander. A leisurely walk into the town centre has become a tradition. There is secure paid underground parking in allocated spaces on the -3 floor. Great breakfast with plenty of choice in one of the suites - of which three are a few. There were a couple of large groups wanting breakfast at the same time as us, but thankfully they were seated in a separate room. We were on the 10th floor with full height windows on two walls but were not aware of any noise during the night.

We were on the 10th floor with full height windows on two walls there were blinds to both of these windows. unfortunately someone had damaged the edge of one of the blinds and we struggled to operate it properly - although we succeeded in the end. The bathroom was open plan with only the toilet closed off with a glass door. The shower was actually on an outside wall (happily with frosted glass!!) but the rain shower tended to spray water all over the floor just outside the opening (there was no shower door). This has resulted in the wooden floor becoming damaged & starting top break up.

We have stayed at this hotel previously as we like the secure underground parking which is a reasonable cost. Large comfortable room although we were on the back of the hotel with a view over a rear car park - but it was quiet. Good selection at breakfast although one dining room staff member was a little brusque. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful.

We were disappointed to read only the night before our stay that the hotel restaurant isn't open at weekends (we'd obviously forgotten from previous stays) and being a cold night we would have preferred to eat there instead of the 20 walk into town.

Room was very nice, modern and clean. Beds were comfortable and of a good size. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. Dinner in the restaurant was good and value for money. We would like to add our appreciation for the really great service from your waiter Brian who was excellent.

First impressions are really important for any hotel. Unfortunately the reception manager was quite rude and difficult, especially when we enquired about access to the underground car park. We managed to overcome this, but hotel staff need to be mindful where customer service is involved.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. There were a lot of options. All the dishes were delicious.

Everything was amazing. I liked everything. Only they should provide a separate dustbin in the main bedroom. There was only a single dustbin in the bathroom.

Room was comfy

Not a four star hotel. Dated. All walls were scuffed, flooring starting to lift. In Breakfast room area was seated beside very dirty area. Parking underground extremely badly maintained.

Beautiful panoramic views. Decent location, about 15-20 minutes walk into the town centre. There was underground garage parking for cars. The staff were friendly and even have us a run down of where to find all the places of interest in Burgos.

Buffet breakfast was average. The rooms were a little bit small for 3 people but it wasn't uncomfortable.

The Hotel is just few minutes walk from Burgos city center. Rooms are very big and spacious, also very clean. Staff very professional. Lovely breakfast!

Maybe furniture need a little renewal

We had stayed at this Hotel last year on our first trip to Burgos so nothing was a surprise. A very nice Hotel if a little in need of some renovation and cleaning! We had to park in the street for free a little way from the hotel. No problem. Its a nice walk into the city. There is a big Alcampo Hypermarket close by so its ideal for the pre ferry shopping!

As mentioned above the hotel needs a make over and could be cleaner. Once again we were fascinated by the Glass doors on the toilet!

View from my 10th floor, floor to ceiling and wall to wall window was great. excellent blackout blinds too. Shower was powerful, room was tidy and beds were comfortable. Great location, short walk into the town centre.

Lighting in the underground car park could be better, mainly when coming in from the sunshine. Also no evening meal option.

The location was exactly as described, underground parking at 12€ was good. The room was basic but clean and everything worked, the bathroom was probably better than the room. The breakfast in the morning was good with an excellent selection of cold food and some warm food.

On arrival we were told the bar was shut.
