The room was comfortable and clean but the mattress and pillows were not as comfortable as other hotels. Nevertheless, the beds are not good in Spain in general terms. The breakfast was good. The personnel was really kind. The location was excellent.

I would like a fridge in the room and maybe a coffee maker or at least a boiler to prepare a cup of tea. Besides those details everything was ok.

Very smart room with comfy bed and good shower. I could have had a bath if I'd wanted. Friendly welcome and receptionist was kind and helpful when I was being a klutz with my luggage. Breakfast available for €5.50, including Corn Flakes and a wide variety of cakes. Made myself a sandwich for lunch because WHO EATS CHEESE FOR BREAKFAST? Coffee machine had broken on first morning and I had to make tea in the microwave but they had fixed it by the second morning. Vending machine in lobby was handy and not a rip off. Actually two machines - one for hot drinks, one for snacks. They let me leave my luggage for a couple of hours after checkout. Location is not bang in the centre but is still handy for bus station, main sights and river walk. There is a park, a nice church and several shops and bars nearby.

Really small, nit-picky things: Paper cup (not glass), which I had to keep using on the second day, even though it was a bit mucky. No bedside table / cabinet as such. Had to use desk which was behind me. Two great big cushions on the bed, which looked nice but were really just in the way. I put them on the floor. Toilet and washbasin were in separate room to shower (opposite side of main room), which I found a bit odd. Shower room was therefore quite small.

Both receptionists were excellent. Room was bigger than expected, clean and well fitted. Handy supermarket next door. Secure parking was very useful.

Only two small points, it is quite a walk to the old town, but it’s flat and easy and quite pleasant, and secondly, the bathroom is at the front (with a lot of glass to the outside) so remains quite cold.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the separate toilet and the large bathtub. Overall, a great experience for my first stay in Burgos.

Centrally located, close to the Museum of Human Evolution, free street parking available in a safe neighborhood.

The room has an unusual layout, with the bathroom at the end (where you normally find the windows in other hotels). There is a window, but a bit removed from the room itself, hence it was a bit dark. Not a big deal for a one night stay, but can become annoying if staying longer.

The room was nice, but the staff is what made it for me. There is a young man who was especially EXTREMELY helpful with calling taxis for me and helping me to get my lost passport back! He was incredible.

I liked everything about it.

Air conditioning and it was comfortable!

It was a little away from the Camino path (which we knew ahead of time) but it was only about a 15 min walk to the cathedral

A lovely, well managed hotel, just a bit of a walk to town, the Cathedral and museum, at least 20 minutes of a fairly fast walk. Everything else was great, very clean, comfortable room and washroom. Nothing bad, just maybe a little further out than most people would like

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room & bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was located within a short walk to the "old town." We found free parking in the street nearby.

It is not far from the city center - it took approximately 15-20 minutes to get to the sights.

There was no refrigerator - my mistake, I might have not seen it while booking.
