Comfy bed, spacious and warm shower. The cooking setup was really handy with a single electric stove top, toaster oven, toaster, and microwave, plus everything you need to cook simple meals. The room has a small dining table and chairs, too. Free coffee, tea, sugar, milk, and biscuits. Loved the location - quiet. Very close to the beach (the walk to Middleton Beach along the sand is awesome on a nice day!) and a short walk to the inlet, where you can swim, fish, or grab a coffee. Around 10-15 minutes to drive into Albany.

My only suggestion would be a full-length mirror - but perhaps there was one in the cupboard that I didn't see.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had everything we required for our stay as we were there for 13 days. Laundry facilities and Kitchen set up had everything you need.

We should of requested our room be serviced a bit more as we only asked twice. However the second time I asked they said they were very busy and may not be able to do it so I asked if they could at least swap over our towels (which they did) The hot water pipes were very noisy every time we turned the shower on and off.

The room is spacious and very clean. The area is extremely quiet so great for a restful break. The staff are friendly but non-intrusive so you can ask for help but can potter around on your own. It is a short drive to shops etc. but there is very little traffic nearby. The kitchen is well-appointed for bringing food in or preparing light meals with a full-sized fridge.

The bed was a little soft, especially the edges, which can be a problem for people with mobility issues.

I loved the generous size of the room, and the facilities for meal preparation. Large fridge! Great location.

The cleaners are rather noisy, not considering people in occupied rooms may still be asleep-esp. if arrived late! Bathroom sink tap is very hard to turn on/off- corroded! Mention was made in comments book APRIL LAST YEAR- still not replaced! No.27's key was in the room instead of 13! Who had 13? It wasn't in the office- security issue??

Check in was very simple, the room was very clean, attention to detail was excellent. Ice tray was freshly filled, beach towels provided, as was coffee, tea, milk and biscuits. Microwave and small oven/hot plate were clean. Location is excellent - walking distance to beach, close to golf course. Gardens are well maintained with bbqs, chairs and tables provided in the shady areas.

Smoking outside room door, 2 rooms either side of us had people smoking outside but we had to walk past them to get to our room and it came into our room as we entered. Suggest moving smoking to a designated area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was fitted with a small kitchen area with everything required to self cater. The garden area was lovely. There was a games room with cooking facilities. The motel was a short walk from the beach area.

A restaurant within walking distance would be nice. There is a cafe not far away under renovations, to be open for breakfast and lunch.

It's our first time travelling to Albany, but we didn't feel like the first time. It feels that we are at home comfy and cozy. We can make food we want with the kitchenette their provided it. And the best thing that their provide us with milk in the fridge. It's beautiful surroundings. Kids loved it seeing the bunnies come out from the reserve around the surroundings and in front of our garden view. We'll come again next time. Thank you for the hospitality.

The room facilities were fantastic. Self contained kitchen, extra pillows, separate beach towels. Very clean and comfortable.

I wanted to pay at the property with a different card to the one l used to confirm the reservation. Instead, the property 'pre-authorised' my card the day before our arrival. We did not see a single staff member. Only an sms notification of our room number and informing us the room was ready and unlocked.

Checking in & out was hassle free. The location was ideal for us. My husband & I shared our room with my elderly parents comfortably. The kitchenette was well equipped with all the essentials. The little extras the motel supplied such as biscuits, 1 liter milk, grinded coffee & plunger were very much appreciated! You can see wild rabbits (very cute!) around the property at night!

Walls were abit thin, the room next door had children and kept bumping the wall.
