breakfast was as it should be, i.e. tasty, healthy and giving energy for various activities; location in the center of Faliraki - close to everything; it was not high season so there were no crowds in the city, soundproofing of the room was sufficient (unless some maniac was driving with the radio on full); two steps to the sea, the beach started just behind a narrow street; pubs and taverns, ice cream parlors and other catering within a radius of several hundred meters - countless; rooms cleaned daily, towels changed daily; the hosts helped us in every situation requiring help; finally, they saved our transport from the hotel to the airport (the transport ordered and paid for in FOX Transfer via BOOKING.COM did not arrive) many thanks for a great stay

hotel - nothing like that transfer from and to the airport - FOX TRANSFER via BOOKING.COM - everything was wrong (on arrival we looked for a long time for the ordered taxi, the driver was supposed to wait with an information board but he did not have one, the taxi number in the email was incorrect, the phones listed in the email did not answer, on return he did not come at all and only with the help of the hosts we ordered a taxi to the airport

Great location. Staff very friendly. The apartment was great. It's probably the best air-conditioning we have ever had. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was exceptional. Fresh baked cakes, good selection for everyone. Gloria and Patti, gave me a surprise birthday breakfast with a fabulous fresh baked cake. Chrissy who is in charge of the sunloungers at the beach was a fountain of knowledge. Irene and the team of cleaners was very helpful and always had whatever you asked for. Gloria and Patti suggested great restaurants, they also make the best cocktails that you can bring to the beach. The beach was less than 500 metres away. Having been travelling Rhodes for over 30 years, I can honestly say this is property is a hidden paradise. I would also highly recommend booking.com for the transfers. Luxurious transport at a fraction of the price. We will most certainly be back.

I can honestly say, for the first time at many locations in Rhodes over the years. There was nothing we didn't like.

Location was excellent just across the road from the beach, all restaurants/bars basically next door, busses, and taxis very close as well. Breakfast was very good several different options every day. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean.

Our room was fasing the road so you could here traffic and music from passing cars and mopeds.

Great location across the road from a sandy beach and 5 minutes from the strip. Customer service is brilliant, the personal touch from the owners taking the time to ask us about our plans every day and recommending places. Swimming pool with loungers parasols and a handy bar. Spotless room with all sorts of toiletries just in case. Room cleaned daily and fresh towels. Beach t0wels issued free from the hotel. Air con. Continental breakfast excellent.

Superb!! Perfect location, everything is next door: beach, taxi, bus station, restaurants, main street with bars, shopping etc. are all within 50m. Perfectly clean, really spotless! Cleaning is every day with towel change. Very nice, friendly and always helpful staff. Thank you Petty, Gloria and Maria and the other ladies! Breakfast is various, plenty and very delicious including greek specialities, everyone can find a nice selection to his taste. The beds are nice, big and comfortable.

Upon our arrival we had to go to a different room than booked, because someone wanted to stay longer. I think it wasn’t nice to force us in this situation instead of the people who changed their mind. I didn’t like it at all with 2 little children to move next day - it felt I lost a day. Nevertheless, we had such a great time and the room we originally booked was super comfortable and beautiful, and all the ladies were really so kind, so at the end I tried to forget it. Other is the noise. Actually it is not unbearable, but as you are right in the center, loud music is on from around midnight, so better to fall asleep before that. :)

My apartment had a separate entrance, additional bedroom, and beach is just across the road. Breakfast is fantastic !!! Best location in Faliraki, all shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come here again.

Fleas outside the apartment porch, but this didn't bother us, its understandable as loads of cats around the island.

The location is perfect and you cannot be more central in faliraki. Sea across the street. Main tourist street just next door. Ok breakfast and pool. Very good price/quality ratio. Clean big family room. The staff were nice and very available.

The pool can be chilly in the late season as it is in shade in the morning. Some may want a more quiet location. We didnt experience any noice issues.

Literally 30 seconds from the beach Big room and big bathroom with luxuriously giant shower Big balcony with great view of the morning sunrise. Giant comfortable bed Fridge and kettle in room and complimentary bottle of wine. Good mix of hot and cold food at breakfast Restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Electonic shutters to block out the sun from the room. Small clothes rack on the balcony with pegs Elevator to upper floors TV in room with good selection of channels Luggage storage 2 key cards for room Nice little swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds. The owners (2 Australian ladies) were both very friendly and helpful along with all the other staff.

The only small things i could fault this room on were... No very many plug sockets in the room for its size. Had to charge some appliances in the bathroom. No wardrobe in the room. Just a portable plastic one with about 5 hangers and a few small shelves.. Small safe in the room on the floor but its not bolted down so someone could literally walk off with it. Some laminated literature in the room that probably could have been worded better about they will charge you for excessively dirty towels or pillowcases etc. Don't let any of those things put you off booking this place though. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book this room again.

The property was right next to the beach. The hosts were amazing - very energetic and very positive. The size of the room was good. The air-conditioner was perfect. The breakfast was more than satisfactory. It was extremely clean. The biggest strength is still the location.

Wonderful spacious room with an excellent bed and good sized bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. 1 minute walking distance from the beach and very close to many different bars and restaurants. Breakfast is great; lots of variation and choice between hot and cold dishes.
