Absolutely incredible experience! The staff went above and beyond in every way — genuinely friendly, highly professional, and always attentive. From the waiters to the bartenders, every team member made us feel valued and cared for. The food was exceptional, with an extensive and delicious variety to choose from. The entertainment team brought such vibrant, unmatched energy that added a special spark to each day. Thanks to how amazing everything was, we ended up extending our vacation — and the management team made the process seamless and effortless. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Akrem, the outstanding General Manager, Ms. Linda, the warm and welcoming Hospitality Manager, and Ms. Sihem, the incredibly helpful Booking Manager. A special shoutout to Samir and Oumaima at the reception for their heartwarming welcome — you truly set the tone for our entire stay. This place made us feel at home in the best way possible!

Superb facilities, clean hotel in a superb location from across the beach and carthage land. Samir was really helpful as guest relations, in fact all the staff were nice always assisting people with a smile. View from the room was gorgeous, cleaners always kept the room in tip top shape.

I think the food range could be improved slightly to accommodate the more continental breakfast such as english breakfast. Also small touches could improve the experience further such as having a full size ironing board. Some of the decor could be modernised such as the bathroom, although it was all very clean.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Hotel Solaria Medina in Tunisia for providing such a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff, especially at the reception and in the restaurant. The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and efficient, making my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s convenient location, close to various commodities, was a major plus, and the room itself was exceptional— the room with a comfortable bed and a breathtaking sea view that truly made my stay unforgettable.also gym fully equipped and suitable for a proper workout session Thank you for your outstanding hospitality.

The food variety, and Restaurant Team was amazing! The welcome was great, greeted with some delicious orange juice and receptionist Taeib was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean, cleaners were friendly enough. We would give the 5 stars mainly to the Restaurant team- a special shoutout to Malek who is such a patient and amazing individual. He was exceptionally attentive and extremely friendly to all of us especially our little ones. We stayed for 5 nights - the food was well varied, tasty and amazing. We look forward to the 3 meals every day. Desserts and seafood were our favourite part! Again, the chefs cooking and serving were beyond amazing. Seriously thank you so much! Entertainment team- they always try their very best to accommodate us and be friendly. Thalasso centre - Dr Rahma the director was very friendly and very accomodating. My husband and I went for the Balinese massage which was a nice touch to our evening. We would like to suggest a longer opening time for the indoor pool. At this time of the year, the outdoor pools were too cold for us to use hence we look forward to use the indoor pools but because it is open from 12 to 3pm we had to rush for lunch. Security and Bar staff were great and friendly The plus point is we get free tickets to the Carthageland theme park on a daily basis. As a team, they did an excellent job trying to make everyone feel welcomed, entertained and taken care for. Again, special credits to the Restaurant Team for being amazing, one reason why we would ever (if, in the future) come back to the same hotel.

Short Indoor pool hours

This was my first time at this hotel and spa, having found it on Booking.com. I visited from the UK with my friend for 4 nights in November. I highly recommend this hotel, it is clean, welcoming, with great food and is fantastic value for money. The team are really professional, friendly and attentive, which we rewarded with tips throughout our stay, often giving team members 10 diners (£2.50) to show our appreciation. Getting to and from the hotel was easy with the private taxi that we booked through Booking.com. The driver was waiting for us at the airport on our arrival. It was £50 for the return trip. The buffet restaurant is well stocked with food from across the world, we were never short of delicious options to choose from. The chef who prepares the pasta dishes to order was just brilliant. His presentation was superb and I could tell he genuinely cared about preparing a delicious looking and tasting dish. We tended to sit in the middle section, near the dessert bar and was served by Hatem. He was fantastic, giving us a friendly greeting and ushering us to a table. As he got to know us more, we would arrive at the restaurant to find our chosen drinks already waiting for us on our table. In the hotel bar area, the bar tenders and waiters were very professional and friendly, often remembering your drink and bringing refills to your seat. The entertainment team are really personable and full of energy. Although there were no shows that we seen, they hold participation events each evening, such as karaoke and quiz nights, which were fun. Throughout the day, the team are often found dancing around the pool area and encouraging you to join in games such as crazy golf and archery. I took part in a ‘Learn Arabic’ lesson which was great. The room was well equipped with a large bath and shower, balcony, to, mini fridge and big beds. My only criticism was that the pillows were far too hard. The cleaning team were great.

I booked a triple rooms and paid according the the room type but when I reached the hotel they asked me to pay more for 1 person because I did not mentioned corrected number of paxes, we added an amount of money without any changes on the room nor additional bed required , literally paid for nothing except breakfast with price of room stay !

The facility was very nice and spacious. The staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. At the recetion Mr. Mhadhed was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. They have a beautiful pool (indoor and outdoor). The rooms are very nice! They have lots of activities during the day and in the evening for all ages. Joe and his team of animators are super fun! A big shout out also to Hassen at the outdoor pool bar! I will definitely be going back! And i highly recommend!

If you do not have an all inclusive pass, they will not even serve water during the meals (you will have to pay for it)

The staff. They were amazing, all of them, from the front door to the cleaning lady, and I would like to specifically thank Mr Mhadheb he was so nice, so respectful, helpful and he made everything to make our stay memorable, and I would also like to Thank Amine, the barman for his kindness and services! The hotel is spacious, clean, and it looks like it was recently renovated. The room had an amazing sea view together with a nice and cozy balcony, our room was also spacious, clean and warm. The food was great, varied and delicious. The staff at the restaurant were very reactive and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay, and we definitely recommend it!!!! It was really up to a 5 stars hotel! Especially for their services!

Everything was good, absolutely no mistakes !

Very large and comfortable bed. Rooms are with balcony with part seaview. We booked the half board. Buffet was ok. Good desserts.drinks are very cheap compared to other 5 stars. Pools are well maintained. A special mention to Walid who took take of us at the restaurant.A man with a big heart whom we will never forget. Overall staff are very helpful.

Entertainment.the worst ive seen.they were making people run away.nobody understood what they we doing. Could have a dance show or a singer instead. from our room we could watch the other hotel's entertainment which was FIRE.
