It is in a quiet small back street, and close to all the services such public transport ( metro and bus, bixi), store, and restaurants, even street food. The facility/room is very clean, the bed is firm and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. My spouse only speak English, and he was able to have come communication with translation APP.

hope online booking will have option with/without breakfast, because for people like me, who grown up in Shanghai like to go out for breakfast myself, it is kind of waste to have breakfast included. Also, somehow, even though the overall insulation is good, i can hear upstairs flushing the toilet. That was bit of disturbing especially at night.

The breakfast was excellent. I liked the cake selection, and there was a good mixture of Chinese and Western food choices. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I liked the free coffee in the lobby. It was a great stay.

It would have been good to have some sort of vending machine for drinks late at night, but the staff were kind and told me the direction towards a 24/7 shop. It would also have been good it the seating area would have been a little bigger, especially in the morning when people are waiting for other people.

Breakfast could be better, but it's still ok. Toilet concept is very unusual :) and it could be tricky for two persons in this room.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room service was also top-notch, the rooms perfectly clean every day and all the amenities replenished. There is also a convenience store connected with the hotel.

The breakfast were quite poor, the selection was quite limited and the food served was mostly Chinese. For a foreigner, even if you like Chinese cuisine, there is not much to enjoy.

The room was cleaned every day and the staff was really helpful, let's not forget how there was a dedicated built-in store in the hotel if u wanted some snacks or water.

It was kinda cold in the room and yes there was an AC which helped but sadly the controls were right next to the door so in the morning I had to wake up just to turn it on and get back into the bed.

Very nice ana tasty breakfast, amazing staff, very clean and tidy rooms. The hotel is in about 10-12 min walk from two different metro stations so it s very convenient. Also hotel is kinda close to the city center so it ll be kinda cheap to take a taxi to the different parts of it. Also one big shopping center (Century link ) close to the hotel location. They also a small store downstairs (Lawson).

Friendly staff, fast check-in / checkout. Lawson convenience shop is located inside the building. Starbucks and food court nearby. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast has a good options.

I travelled with my baby who is 8 months old, there are no baby cots available. Whilst I appreciate I knew this detail before I booked, as a parent, this would benefit new parents and provide peace of mind throughout the night, resulting in an even better experience.

Located in a high convenience area where we can easily find Taxis and Restaurants. Walking distance to McDonalds and a Coffee shop. Staff were very supportive and gave an superb service. Excellent

No room service So, had to order food from outside. Language issues with some staff members - difficult to communicate. There is no particular place for smoking ..... No shopping centers in walking distance.

very nice hotel , close to exhibition centre , and 10 minutes walk from metro station area is quiet and peaceful. super market just inside the hotel - courteous and helpful staff breakfast was decent - staff was helpful and arrange didi taxi when i had to go somewhere. room was spacious , with all amenities and facilities.

Internet was good and using WhatsApp and Google no problem. Lawson convenience shop is located inside the building. Starbucks and foodcourt nearby. Beds and cleanliness are top notch. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast has a good spread of western and Chinese styles.

The glass opening of the toilet door is too close to the bathroom door as it always hits each other.
