The hotel is clean and rooms spacious. I was charged £10 more than the Booking.com price. It’s hard to argue when you have no other hotel to go to so this was a little annoying. But the hotel was still good value. The room was comfortable and the staff very polite and helpful . It’s convenient for Longyang Rd Subway and the Maglev if you have an early flight (8min taxi) and for the fake market at Science Technology Subway (6min taxi). I would choose it for a single night stay. It’s not very convenient for central Shanghai. Stay near Jing’an for that.

I recommend this hotel to business travelers in Shanghai who have meetings or events in Lujiazui or Pudong in general. It is four stops away from Lujiazui, and the train station is about 10 minutes walk. The hotel itself does not have many facilities but the rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. They also provide a bathtub room upon request. Finally, in my case, I left behind some valuables that I was not able to retrieve, so they kindly disposed of the valuables for me upon receiving my request. For the price and location, and service, I have no complaints.

We were extremely satisfied with the hotel. The breakfast has a wide selection, the rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful, special thanks to the restaurant staff, Louisa, and the receptionist Lay Hu, who is a fantastic young man! I am glad we chose this hotel.

English language skills could be strengthened.

Breakfast was great , the location as well( about 15 min by taxi to famous attractions), plus the staff very friendly and they were able to communicate in English . I left my Apple Watch charger and the workers at the hotel immediately when I contacted them helped to send it back to me in Beijing .

We liked the room but I think that needs renovation , for example the wall papers was falling down and the furniture a little bit old , anyways the price for a short stay including breakfast buffet it’s amazing and we are happy with our stay .

The hotel is located in good and quite district, it’s comfortable if you have a meetings or business in this part of Shanghai.

I was at this hotel during Marinerec and the room rate for that time was over 100 euros per night and that price was inflated . The room was terrible, the carpet was all dirty and stained, the wallpaper on the walls is shabby, dirty and stained. But the bathroom was clean, and the bed was also clean and fresh.

A nice location - in a quiet neighborehood with close connection to multiple buses, and in walking distance to a metro station. The room was spacious and fully equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

They changed me the hotel rate not the rate I got from booking.com and I am not happy about that because the reception didn’t understand English so I couldn’t explain to him as I was supposed to leave to the airport

The hotel in the city of Shanghai is not far from the liver I use cycling to go along the liver with my wife. The breakfast is Chinese style. it is convenient for tourists

The room have smell little bit

Hotel Staff and the Location was Superb. Very Friendly Staff whom always willing support for ANY.

Nothing specially. But Breakfast varities (specially the Dessert - which we love most) were little / And same for the whole one week which we stayed.

Cleanliness, use of technology like robot delivery

There were no English channels at all. We expect in Shanghai that, there will be atleast few English channels such as CNN, HBO etc., but none were there. Next time please have those if you want foreigners to come to your hotel.
