Too conservative with payments same times One of my booking in this hotel was cancelled due their opinion that payment card is not good. When I tried to restore my booking - the offer price was increased two times almost. Looks strange.

Affordable price for a hotel comparable to international 5 stars hotel. Clean rooms equipped with air purifier and advance toilets. Great place to stay if you are going to Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC), as they offer free shuttle bus every 30 minutes to and from SNIEC depending on what exhibition is taking place; it takes about 8 minute by car/DiDi. Very kind and helpful receptionist even though I did not end up solving the problem with local delivery app, he guided and offered help to find other ways to access other delivery apps. Authentic Hunan (spicy) restaurant in “Fuhui Plaza” is about 12 minutes walking distance from hotel.

Very good hotel, with good and wide rooms. Great Breakfast. It's close to SNIEC (Shanghai New International Exhibition center). The SNIEC is easily and safetly reachable on foot with 20-25 min walking. By taxi to Bund Area depending on traffic jam, but 10-20 min and around 60 CHY with official fare before dinner time (After dinner you need to negotiate the fare with Taxi driver as the do not apply standard fares).

Breakfast opens only at 6:30 and we lost it last day to reach the airport. I wish to have breafast earlier.

The hotel is quite new with complete facilities, decorated in a modern style. The bathroom is excellent with an automated system. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is very good with everything available. The hotel is quite far from the Maglev station, but still walkable at a distance of about 1 kilometer. At Longyang Road station, there is a shopping mall with many restaurants. There is another shopping mall about 800 meters from the hotel.

The room still has a cigarette smell, even though there is an air purifier in the room.

I had some issues regarding the communication with the hotel, but when I reached the hotel, everything was really smooth. The locations is very good - 10min walking from Longyang Station. The hotel is modern and very clean. Nice breakfast.

Second time I am staying at this hotel, and jts very complicated to discuss some booking details with them before arrival. Aside of that - both stays were pretty good. I will return for sure.

Really good professional hotel. The rooms were bigger than I thought. The staff is professional. It is true many of them don't speak English that well but it's really no problem for checking in and doing the basics. One of the manager who speaks English very well exceeded our expectations. He was super attentive and helped us make some restaurant bookings. I wish I remembered his name

loved the cleanliness of hotel, interior of hotel room is posh and clean. absolutely love the automatic bidet toilet bowl.

location is abit far from nanjing road, around 20-30mins car ride. far walking distance to metro station but not a concern for us as we cab to/fro everyday. hotel floor could be slippery esp at toilet area so be extra careful

Stayed there for one night, location is not perfect, but good if you travel just with a backpack, otherwise you'd better take a taxi from Longyang Road station. The room was spacious and clean, also there was an air purifier, but it was not possible to open a window. Staff was friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties of local and western options.

Lovely hotel. Impeccable, large room, comfortable bed and pillows, helpful staff. The location for me was good, near Shanghai Exhibition Centre. Good breakfast and I love the robots they are using for the room service

The only tiny issue was the duvet was really warm for the season so I had to use the airco.
