The location is excellent, right next to the Maglev train station and the subway that can take you to all parts of Shanghai. The rooms are clean, the bed very comfortable, the staff extremely friendly. The breakfast is phenomenal and definitely value for money. A big bonus - the in-house laundry with washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing facilities, includes free washing powder.

There is no fridge in the room, but that is obviously a cultural difference, it is easy to leave the food at the reception to cool in the kitchen fridge.

Very convenient connection to the airport with the Maglev train and in front of metro station exit 17 (30 mins to center). The room was very clean and quiet. Nice shampoo and conditioner and Japanese toilet (loved this). The breakfast was great with many options. There is a China Unicom next to the hotel and an ATM. Shanghai was our first stop so this was very convenient for us. We arrived and immediately got a SIM card.

The location couldn't have been any better - next to the maglev station, which is a short 15 minute ride to the airport, and next to the metro station, which is also just 10-20 minutes away from all the sights. Also has a metro line to the airport, in case the maglev is not working. Tons of restaurants, grocery stores and a food court within a 5 minute walk. Very nice rooms, well designed. Soft and comfortable beds (extremely soft beds compared to Chinese standards)

Our original room had a badly built window, with terrible sealing isolation, letting in the cold and noises from the street. We were moved to a different room free of charge, where the window was better (still not 100% sealed though)

The room was exceptional clean, the house keeping were very attentive. Room and toilet were very comfortable. Location was ok, considering a 5 min walk from Maglev station. More if you have luggage. Its about 20 mins walk to SNEIC. There's a subway station in front of the hotel.

There are two buildings in the hotel but no shelter was available between the buildings. So during raining season, you have to dash through the rain for breakfast if you stay on the outer building.

The Breakfast is really nice food and good combinations, the location is good and near the metro Shanghai Station, I will come back when stay in Shanghai. Also the locations near by Shopping mall and so many restaurants

nice place, Staff are really helpful, even limited speak English, but they have good effort to give the best service. free laundry and dryer are really important for long stay. 24 hours the staff give us the best service.

lived from 1 to 5 June. The staff helped us a lot. We could not change the currency (we got on the weekend) and we were allowed to live for two days without pay until the weekend ended. Then our circumstances changed and we had to fly out of Shanghai 2 days earlier than planned. We got our money back within 5 minutes. In addition, they helped us call a taxi and showed a very good attitude. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for the warm welcome. I also want to emphasize the excellent location. The metro station is 10 meters away and the terminus of the Maglev high-speed train from the airport is 350 meters away. Breakfast is very tasty and varied.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you can ask for. The location was truely goog, because the Metro was right in front of the door. The Maglev Train not even 5 min by foot. In the area there is a little coffee shop and a very cheap, but good breakfast spot, so breakfast in the Hotel for extra charge is not nescessary.

The stuff. Not friendly at all. They help you, because they have to. But they are not polite and do not know how to smile. A nice welcome looks different to me.

Location was perfect for access to both centre of town and the airport. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly.

The window in our room didn't close properly and therefore there was some disturbance from outside. Workers start very early in Shanghai. But I am sure this was a one-off.

My room was on the side towards the street where a few restaurants were working until 01:00 AM. But not all rooms are like the one I got. Staff do not speak English, but we managed to comunicate with a translator

Very modern rooms. Necessary amenities included e.g. shampoo, hair dryer, toothbrush and toothpaste. Small but adequate breakfast. Quick check-in. Friendly staff. Nice reading area. Parking available. Very good value for money. Location was perfect for us, having a day to explore in Shanghai and then being right next to the Maglev for our return flight the following morning.
