Nice overnight stay. Parking options in the parking hall, or next to the street for a bigger van, etc. Easy check-in / Check-out, services TOP. The English skills of the staff! Not so common in Germany and should be taken seriously due to the 2025 already... Overall feeling as you´re welcome. Hospitality (Reception, Lounge bar, cleanliness) Very polite service. This place was very quiet, clean, and exemplary, with air conditioning, Good beds (pillows not so), and 2x blinds (Divide blind curtains + electr. aluminium blinds).

As a short-term guest, I couldn't find minuses.

This property took us by surprise. Very friendly staff, both at check in, and the next day for breakfast and checkout. We actually had car troubles the next day and the front desk staff person was very helpful arranging for a tow truck. Room was very clean, and the bed was very comfy. Best part was, the hotel was so quiet - we could not hear anyone else, and it was so peaceful. Breakfast the next morning was excellent.

Nothing - our stay here could not have been any netter, and we will stay here again the next time we are in Augsburg - highly recommend this hotel!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff made us feel welcome with our baby and dog, they even prepared a surprise for the dog. The location was quiet and surrounded by a green area, great for walking the dog. Breakfast was good.

Dog owners can't sit in the breakfast area but have to stay in the lobby. We think it would have been easier for us to manage our curious dog if we could have sat at the table where we could have tied her.

We only spent one night here on our way home but it was a very comfortable night, excellent beds and room temperature. Parking is very easy in front of the hotel. The staff made us feel welcome and provided a healthy breakfast xith lots of homemade food. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Our room was very comfortable and everything seemed super new. They also have a good shower. They have an excelent breakfast/restaurant nearby (Meikes) - good to have a reservation! We came with a pet and everything was also prepared to accomodate her.

The breakfast area is super busy, it's better to avoid the peak hours.

Located at an industrial park and not in the city centre - designed for a business trip, while we were tourists. Plus, no cattle for tea or coffee. Breakfast is pretty basic and therefore a bit expensive for the cost they charge.

We thought the breakfast was good. Nice assortment of dairy, fruit, protein and bread. Coffee was good. The hours breakfast was available were great. The atmosphere was a bit noisy given the high ceilings with little acoustics and the concrete floors. As non-smokers, we appreciated the hotel’s “no smoking policy” throughout the hotel.

The room lighting wasn’t as bright as we would have liked. We could have also used more hooks to hang up coats and clothes.

Very clean, loved the amenities, and the choice to get a bottled water. Close to the tram station, and all the staff were helpful.

The price of the breakfast seemed a little bit steep to me. It was 22.50€ per person, per day. With that, it was a good breakfast.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious, everything was new and modern and parking on the street right outside the hotel was easy. They also offer you a free drink if you choose not to have your room cleaned which is good for the environment.

It's a 10-15min tram ride to the city but the tram is very close. The view out the window isn't great. I would have liked a kettle in my room to be able to make a cup of tea but I had to go down and get hot water from the bar every time I wanted to do that.

Found out after checkin I'm in inclusive Hotel. Most of the staff was great and we treated each other with care and respect. Just the reception early dayshift isn't that inclusive - at least not with autists. Let's call it 'unfriendly denial'.
