Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The property is exceptionally well maintained, in excellent condition, and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping here is the best I’ve encountered anywhere, and I travel frequently. The hotel features a beautiful, pristine saltwater pool. I always thought I preferred chlorinated pools, but this stay has changed my mind, it was simply delightful. Until around 3:00 PM, I had the pool practically to myself, as most guests headed to the beach. While the sea is lovely, I personally found it a bit too crowded. Nea Iraklitsa in general is quite a lively place. The rooms offer excellent climate control and soundproofing, ensuring a comfortable and quiet stay. Breakfast was decent, though not outstanding a little more variety would make it perfect. Given that this 3-star hotel feels very much like a 4-star property, I think breakfast could be elevated to match the overall experience. If you’re planning a trip to Nea Iraklitsa, I can’t recommend this hotel enough The staff is super! Friendly and professional.

The bathroom gets completely wet when you shower. Not a big issue, unless you want to use the toilet shortly after showering. The bathroom is fine, but small.

Charming, clean, nice smelling new hotel. Helpful personnel. Beautiful pool area, very well maintained . Nice rooms with terrace and gorgeous sea views. Very close to restaurants, beach, grocery store etc.

The shower was not properly designed. When you shower the water goes everywhere, on the toilet, floor etc. Basically you need to use the hand shower to avoid having water everywhere and still need to wipe after use. My recommendation is to at least put a holder for the hand shower at a higher position level in the corner, so that you can shower freely and limit the water damage. However we still enjoyed our stay very much!

I booked this for my in-laws, and they had a great time. They enjoyed breakfast and were happy with the room. It was comfortable and quiet. The food at the restaurant was great.

Although there is a no-pet rule, there were several pets. The owners let them roam free, get in the pool, and disturb others.

Hotel is new, modern, very clean and tidy, placed on good location. The same applies to the room we were at. The staff was kind, attentive and very friendly. The beach is nearby, almost just across the streat. The food was good, and in, or just above the standard for the hotels of that category in Greece. There should be enough parking space for the hotel guests, even when the hotel is crowded. Unfortunately it was too early and cold for swimming and sea pleasures, but during the season people can enjoy in plenty of space, beautiful beaches, and nearby restorans including entertainment for the children. Nearness of the beautiful city Kavala is another big plus for this place. All in all, it was very nice and pleasant early-preseason long weekend for me and my husband. Highly Recommended for nice and peaceful vacation!

We don't have any serious objections, everything was almost perfect, but if have to write something, there could be some problems with wi-fi when the hotel operates in full capacity. Interior of the room is very modern, but maybe too fashionable and not practical enough for some "oldschool" people. Too bright at night (The Exit sign) and in the morning for the people who need dark to sleep.

It was clean. The staff was great. The view was nice as well. Location is also great if you want to stay in Nea Iraklitsa.

The price was a bit high for such hotel, around 170€ per night. The pool is small. The room was a bit small as well.

The hotel is clean and cosy with excellent view of the New Iraklitsa bay. The breakfast was ok. The bar in front of the pool is very nice place in the evening. The room and the bathroom were very comfortable - nice colors, good temperature, right amount of space and excellent terrace.

The electricity should be switched on from the computer. Luckily the person in the reception managed to do it quickly.

Good, very clean. The staff is quite helpful, welcoming and kind. The rooms are well decorated and cosy. The view is beautiful. Restaurant food and service was also good.

The rooms are a bit small. There were some defects in our room, related to wardrobe and the card key opener, but the staff took things in hands very fast and kindly helped us to fix things

Good breakfast, nice rooms, awesome view. Free car charging is a bonus!!!

Not a complaint but a suggestion. The pool can be open to later hour. 7pm is too early in my opinion.

The hotel’s location is just amazing. Situated on top of a hill, the hotel offers breathtaking views, especially at sun dawn. What really made the difference though for us was the staff - from the receptionist to the waiter to the general manager, they were very polite, with a smile on their faces and ready to help you out.

A beautiful hotel that is characterized by high cleanliness, a wonderful breakfast and professional staff. Located in a peaceful environment, the location of the hotel provides a beautiful panorama of the entire bay. I have no doubt, I will spend my vacation in this hotel again.
