This is a fantastic new hotel with a modern and comfortable design. The view from the room was stunning, and the breakfast experience was exceptional, with a chef available to prepare dishes to your preference

Nothing significant—everything exceeded expectations

I like how new and modern design of the room. Comfortable beddings and quiet room. The location is super central and within walking distance to a big mall in Jakarta. The view was amazing, we can see every part of Jakarta.

I’m a bit dissatisfied with how the bathtub pad smells so bad. Very unhygienic. The TV chromecast is also a problem, we ended up turning the TV off and watch from our device.

Location was within walking distance to luxury malls and great restaurants, very convenient. Service was always with a smile and we felt very well taken care of. Staff from reception, housekeeping, room service, restaurant / bar staff were really good

Room faintly smelled of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room, could've just been a smoking floor. We did not request to change the room as it wasn't too bad.

Extraordinary stay in Jakarta! Our room was on the 85th floor (Building has 90) and the view - simply stunning! The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything, breakfast and Bar are awesome - we didn't try the Restaurant and on the Hotels campus there are plenty of different options. The Hotel is located in a gated and safe Business compound, drivers can be booked by hotel or via Grab/Gojek and you will Board directly at the entrance of the hotel.

Air condition was switched to 15°C at arrival

i like everything about this hotel. Staff very nice and polite. Room is nice, bath is good, toilet is clean. U can connect phone to the soundbar. And it’s started from level 83. The view is top notch.

Suddenly blackout due to power supply issue with the mall. Parking a bit far but the staff so nice to show us the parking area. But overall still this hotel is awesome and great place to stay.

Front office staff were professional, very polite and went out of their way to assist us, e.g helping with booking app, enquiries about places to go to. Our room was ready when we requested for an early check in. Room and facilities are clean and good value for money. Breakfast buffet had a good spread and delicious too. Location is excellent, within walking distance of the malls and Thamrin City - great location for those who are there to shop.

Nothing that I didn't like about my stay

Very comfortable beds, room was spacious, staff was very polite, location is good, breakfast was amazing and very new hotel. Would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Jakarta.

A/C was extremely cold and was not able to adjust the temperature. We were freezing throughout. Called for assistance several times but they did not manage to rectify the issue, was not able to communicate clearly what the issue was.

New hotel. So everything new and nicely furnished. I had no issue throughout my stays. Bonus points for the nespresso machine. Definitely will come here again.

Sometimes you can hear the sewerage sound and the bed & pillow can be better

Staff and service were good.

The bathroom fittings such as shower didn’t work well. Always too hot and not adjustable easily. The mini fridge couldn’t keep anything cold. We brought some medicines that require refrigeration but the mini fridge was of no use. Try to keep the sauna open for longer in the evenings.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful — the rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always ready to help, making the stay truly special.
