Apartment was clean and comfortable. Staff member let me check in early which was a great help.

Property was a bit hard to find, some streets had name changes.

The room was modern and quite large. I will say it was probably two times bigger than anything you usually get for a comparable price. It also had 2 full size beds. A good table suitable for a laptop, Wi-Fi... it feels like the room is designed for a long term stay, if someone needs that. They also offered a parking place, which was really of great help for me, since there is almost no chance to find any public parking around.

Parking... It is buried deep in the cellar of a building nearby and has quite a bit of a narrow gateway. Driving in is a quest, driving out is a challenge.

Good location to the city center. Parking next to the hotel. Rooms are good. Great for a 2 day stay. Since it is close to visit the Vercors it is a good option to stay here.

No place to unload the car.

1- The reception staff aren’t available throughout the day so it’s a bit difficult ask for help. 2- No room cleaning service.

Cleaness, had basic amenities as expected

They could provide at least a bottle of water complimentary and parking is available but for very small cars , best fiat 500, all others have a very hard time fitting inside.

The staff person was extremely helpful. She also helped me to park my dirty bike in their storage room on the third floor. The room is great for the price. I appreciated the little kitchen, even though I didn't really use it. The location is perfect to walk around the old center.

Nothing. The interior was a bit older than I had expected, but it was clean and functional.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean, with very comfortable beds and a nice shower. The breakfast was not expensive and delivered to your room at the time you wish.

The wifi was not strong at all in the room. It was also very noisy outside (I was on the first floor on the street side), so if the hotel would accept requests, I would request a room away from the street.

The reception service is very nice. I have to take my delivery orders but I can’t explain the building to the delivery guy. The reception guy helped me using French to communicate with the delivery. And take the orders for me because I was with wheelchair. He is very nice and helping me without any hesitation.

Clean room, nice shower and excellent value for money. Secure parking, although it’s a tight squeeze. Ideal for a one night stop.

Probably not the best area of Valence but easy walk to old centre.
