A real jewel in Bruges, just off the beaten track but close enough to the centre. A real quirky place with excellent décor, very clean and an excellent breakfast with the owner cooking some elements to order. This property has parking available. We took advantage of this and booked a garage. This parking facility is about 3 minutes drive, 5 minutes walk away but very secure.

Very little could be better but just a note that there is a spiral staircase up to the first floor which could be tricky for some. And the room we had in the attic also had another narrow steel staircase to negotiate. Like I said, these arent negatives, just be aware.

We had an amazing experience at Maison Amodio Boutique B&B. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome. The house is beautifully renovated — stylish yet cozy, with so much attention to detail. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, It felt more like a boutique hotel than a B&B! Breakfast was a real treat each morning — fresh, homemade, and served in a lovely, peaceful setting. A great start to each day before heading out to explore Bruges. The location is perfect — quiet and tucked away, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center. We loved being able to step out and explore, then return to such a calm and relaxing space. Truly one of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended, and we will definitely return! The shower door didn't close properly so leaked a little over the floor, but this was a very minor issue.

It was clean and a very good size room with a super-king sized bed. Host was a good communicator and kept us informed about his unavoidable late arrival before check-in. Helped us to find cheaper parking.

It was very hot in the room which was in the roof. A fan was provided which helped a lot but the weather was 28 degrees and it was too hot for comfort. We also had to climb a spiral staircase of 20 steps to a narrow landing and then a second narrow metal staircase of 20 steps to our room. It was very hard taking a medium sized case up both sets of stairs. You need to be very fit and agile to do this. Do not book this room if you are not fit and can’t lift and carry your luggage. Parking is 25 euros per day at hotel but a cheaper option is available close by at around 18 euros a day.

We booked the apartment with 2 people. It was very spacious (I think you can book it for 6 people) so we both had our own bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Very luxurious! In addition to these 2 rooms, there is another bed downstairs in the living room. The location is great, not too busy but still close to the center and near a bus stop. The host is also very friendly and open. We felt welcome right away! You can also go downstairs to the common area of ​​the B&B with a cozy little terrace outside. We were very happy with our stay and we definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Amodio! Although the host wasn’t there in person at first, he provided us with clear instructions via WhatsApp, making everything seamless and stress-free. He also shared the location of a private parking spot just a 3-minute walk from the B&B, which was incredibly convenient. As we were visiting Bruges for our engagement trip, I requested flowers on the bed, and the host arranged a truly beautiful bouquet that my fiancée absolutely loved. The entire place was immaculately clean, warm, and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. When we met the host in person he was attentive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. I strongly recommend you try the delicious breakfast, which we enjoyed while overlooking the lovely garden. The location is fantastic - everything in Bruges is within walking distance. We would absolutely love to return!

Nothing really!

A very well put together B&B in a beautifully restored old building. The accomodation exceeded expectations in atmosphere, spaciousness and cleanliness and is just minutes from the city center but without the crowds. Staff is particularly friendly. They made us feel at home from the start and you can tell that they have plenty of hospitality experience. They were even able to help out with organising a romantic gesture for my partner that I came up with last-minute. Would wholeheartedly recommend going and we're even considering going here again (which we usually never do).

The bed in our room had 2 single mattresses rather than 1 big one. This is the only minor dislike I can think of. Rooms are 10/10

The decor was beautiful and the communal area felt very cosy. The room was spacious and clean. It is located close to the centre of Bruges but in a very quiet neighbourhood which was nice. We opted for the breakfast on our last day and we were very glad we did. Beautiful pastries, breads, meats, cheeses and fruit, along with good coffee and fresh orange juice. The host was welcoming and helpful. We would 100% recommend a stay here!

The only thing to note was that our room was on the second floor and we had to access it via quite a steep staircase. Whilst this was not an issue for us, others with some mobility issues may want to be mindful.

We travel often and Madison Amado is now on my all time favorite places to stay list! The decor and atmosphere was so relaxing and charming. Christmas decor was beautiful and added to the Bruges Christmas charm. We had breakfast one morning and the presentation was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious! Our room was cozy and very clean. There was even a small Christmas tree in our room. 🎄 The host was so friendly and helpful. He even helped us with an issue we had with our rental car. Just a perfect stay!!

There were a lot of stairs to our room. We handled it fine, but make sure that you don't have an upper room if that is a problem for you.

For a family of 4, the apartment provided all of the space and utility that we could ever need. Our host was available, responsive and had wonderful recommendations. We had the breakfast one morning and it was a very pleasant way to start the day. The location was across the canal from the chaos of the center, but close to everything.

The bathrooms are a bit dated, and unfortunately upstairs from the main living area, but as they were both connected to a bedroom it is difficult to complain.

Joeri was our host. His communication was excellent throughout (from booking through the stay). The place is beautiful. We had the Paris room and the Knokke-Le-Zoute room. The Knokke-Le-Zoute room in particular is special. It is up in the attic so it’s not easy to get luggage up there. Joeri offered to help with our luggage and provided excellent service throughout. Breakfast is available. Joeri cooks it at the requested time. It was more food than what we could eat. Pastries. Bacon and eggs. Coffee. My wife says the waffles were the best she’s ever had (including ones we had around Brugge).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
