Excellent location next to bus stop & a few minutes' walk to Tesco/Lidl/Home Bargains/town centre shops & takeaways. Convenient A9 stopover en route to Inverness or Thurso/Wick/Ullapool/Orkney Islands or as a base to explore Ross, Tain, Strathpeffer, Glen Ord Whisky Distillery, Black Isle, Beauly. Highly recommend budget accommodation north west of Inverness.

Very minor issues that would not be appropriate to raise at this price point & that were taken on board by the manager.

Location in town,, parking and wifi. Warm welcome, luggage help and local info. Luxury fluffy towels. Crisp great quality sheets. Spotless en suite. Immaculate clean room...new carpet.very attractive decor.. fabulous brekky. Mahusive thanks to the gem Manager, Connor... a real star who seemed to work everywhere. I have mobility probs and he could not have done more to make my stay so enjoyable from taking case upstairs to fetching sticks and frame from my car. .. and leaving his phone number in case I needed help. You are fortunate to have this personable, polite helpful young man in your employ. Thank you.

Mattress needs replaced ASAP!! Noisy seagulls but that not your problem. !!!. Stairs.

We really enjoyed our visit to inverness,our stay in the waverly inn lodge was very nice, rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable,Willie was an exceptional host attending to everything and everyone's needs without hesitation,only downside was no wardrobe or space to hang clothes,thank you for your hospitality.

Accessed room late as stuck in conditions and traffic but staff where great when got there. Kept bar open for a while so we could grab some refreshments and food just really hospitable. Breakfast was great and met with smile and good craic staff also.

Nothing as paid a good value for a great service, could the hotel do with a refurb yes no doubt but you wouldn’t pay the same rate or probably get the same service so all good

The owners were so friendly and accommodating. I arrived at a ridiculous time and probably needing looked after a little. They were flexible, made me smile and have me everything that I needed. The room itself was clean, well set out and reflected the excellent value I had booked it for. No complaints at all. This is not a 5 star hotel but the owners genuinely care and are building a great business.

It was a little difficult to find the lodge but this was mostly my fault.

The room had been getting done up but heater was not connected tv wasn't connected as unable to get chanels the bathroom sill was coverd in dead Flys and the room window u could not see out as coverd in birds seagull shit but bed was fine breakfast thay had nothing left bar bread we had to eat with a tea spoon only a young lad on and could not leave to get anything so no night from hell

The manager was a good guy, always had a pot of coffee on at 6am. I booked a single with en suite and got upgraded to a family room. The bed was comfortable and had good quality pillows.

It was £32 per night? What's not to like? It has all the amenities you need.

I spent a few days in the beautiful town of Dingwall, Scotland. The hotel where I stayed was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I ended my evenings with some excellent Scottish whisky that they offered. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and Dingwall is a great destination in Scotland.

Location was great and got the price the room was excellent. The room was a small single but it had a kettle and a TV and a comfy bed. And I discovered a bar and breakfast was included. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

It was a bit of a rabbit warren but once I’d learned it, it was fine.

Location was great, staff was very accommodating. Read bad reviews prior to check in but to be honest best value for money... I know there are renovations going on just few things need to be improved. Breakfast was good. New bathrooms.

New toilets and bath but ( need blinds or privacy film on windows) Room should be hoovered before new check in
