The location was wonderful, right in the city center. We were also able to walk to several nearby beaches. The staff was pleasant and the room was large. We heard the sea gulls and other birds in the morning.

I will mention that there was no AC only because we happened to be there when the area was experiencing warmer than normal temperatures. We were able to open the windows, but being in the city center there was quite a bit of noise from the adjacent restaurants.

Perfect location close to everything, no parking but car park was nearby .

Reception only staffed some of the day so if you arrive when no staff there you need to get the key out of the keysafe .My phone wasn't working so I didn't get the message , but easily sorted and we enjoyed our stay .The Room was clean and comfortable the only thing it lacked was a mirror in the bedroom, as only one mirror and that was in the bathroom .Receptionist was lovely and helpful

Location, good view, chairs and table in the room, lots of space. Parking is away from the hotel but an easy walk through town rather than the long 1 way street to get there.Got very clear helpful check in instructions

No kettle or restaurant or Cafe means going out for breakfast.

The hotel is located in a fantastic position opposite the harbour/marina and in the area of lovely bars and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The bathroom had a walk in shower with plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful. A really great place to stay.

This was a very nice and new facility. Amazing bathroom and bedroom. Nice amount of space and perfect location. Very clean.

The only reason we didn’t rate this a 10 was the fact that it cost over 120 euro and did not offer breakfast. Cost was somewhat high compared to other hotels in the region.

Perfect situaded in the heart av Llanes. Very clean and comfortable beds. Never meet any staff, the key is from a box and the code online. After a while I succeeded to recieve my key…

In the center of the city, a little, comfortable hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom also, and the staff was very friendly, helping us with our late arrival.

Well, guess only one room has the view on the river, but nevertheless the location is excellent.

We enjoyed the view over the Port from the window of our room. Well positioned between the bus station and the central part of town. Staff are very welcoming and helpful, great recommendations for restaurants. Easy to find.

Lovely large ensuite room overlooking the harbour, fantastic location, table and chairs to work remotely on. Nice staff who organised an out of hours check in for me. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel near the marine in the city center, just next to all cafes and shops and close to nice beaches. The room was comfy and surprisingly large. You can get basic breakfast for 3,5 EUR with toasts and jam. Car can be parked 5 minutes away for free near Playa del sablon.

The rooms are not soundproof, we were lucky with neighbours, but I guess it can get quite noisy. As it is located next to all the cafes, you can hear the sound from the street in the evenings as well.
