We went off season and the hotel was conveniently by the railway station and not a long walk to the old town. Room was fantastic and although it was said that there would be no personnel in reception, there still was personnel daily in the premises. All was very nicely done and the only thing I could have asked for more would have been an extra pillows and a blanket in the room. (My partner got unfortunately sick and with high fever, we could have done with an extra blanket. This was of course an unfortunate event and not the fault of the hotel!) I would go back and can recommend this hotel to anyone :)

The location is excellent—close to the main station and the old city, making it very convenient for exploring. The apartment was very clean, and the self-check-in process was available. The place is quiet, with no noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, tea and coffee were provided, which was a nice touch.

The towels and bed sheets had a slight smell of detergent, which made them feel not entirely fresh. This is likely an easy fix. Also, due to either my mistake or a glitch in their self-check-in system, finding the correct room number was a bit tricky.

Very close to the central bus and train station. The apartment was clean, well decorated and stylish. Many small details were nice e.g. a Polaroid camera, Lübeck marzipan candy, a tote bag, well equipped kitchenette etc. The staff was responsive and easily reachable. Walkable to most sights and the river. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Very nice bathroom. Very clean and well maintained.

We had booked a room with balcony that was unusable due to pigeons occupying it. Beware, that you can only open the room door with a smartphone, working internet connection and the link - there are no keys. The pillows could've been slightly more comfortable (they were quite small).

High ceilings. Well appointed. Good position if travelling by rail.

Too much bad “Design”. Things like bathroom sink that’s a Designer bowl style with no plug so you have to constantly run the water (eco cred?) and any water that’s strays from the bowl is on the area around the bowl where you may have put your makeup bag etc. so annoying. The kitchen (which has everything, v good) has cupboard handles all matching and aligned horizontally and in the middle of each unit giving no visual clue as to which way the fridge, dishwasher (I said it had everything) or the cupboards might open. The visual clues delivered by handle position are a boon to the temporary guest. Worst of all the fridge door opens the wrong way.

The apartment is beautiful, very well decorated. Communication is great, and digital integration is very practical and efficient. We were surprised with the private rooftop which certainly made our stay special.

The apartment is quite hot, so in the summer I imagine it might be more challenging to sleep. We don't like the pillows, but I understand that this is something very personal. Finally, a suggestion would be to provide a large and suitable broom to sweep and keep the apartment clean, the option we had was small and inefficient.

Very modern hotel, lovely appliances and little gestures, like a hand written welcome greeting in the room and Polaroid camera for use whilst in Lübeck. The balcony was a nice surprise. Great location with 2min walk from the station and a 5min walk from the centre.

The bathroom window wouldn't stay open and it was quite warm in there. No milk in room for coffee and tea (which was provided). But those are small things that didn't impact our stay. 🙂

The accommodation is very centrally located. You never talk to anyone in person, but their website and the whole system for checking in and special requests this outstandingly seamless and intuitive. Get the key, it’s all through your phone. If you are a sucker for design, just beautiful things, but also good functionality) this place will surprise you in a very Positive way. The coffee machine with the tea, the q-tips and the instant photo camera are some of the nice touches.

Very little to say here. For our liking the mattress. The space (although very well used.). This is a little bit small, especially the bedroom and bathroom

The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the train station which was perfect for us. It was convenient for going into the centre of Lubeck but not in the busy central area. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It was spacious and the roof terrace was a bonus. Every detail has been thought of. I love the little extras such as yoga mats, charging cables and a tote bag. The personal welcome note is also a nice touch. The washing facilities were a bonus too.

The whole building and the room are newly renovated and clean. Check-in and getting into the room with the phone worked perfectly. Great location easily to reach from both train station and Flixbus stop within walking distance.

The table is a bit small, too less space to put our stuff especially during winter. The shower is nice with good water pressure but it is just a little unpractical to have the shower head hanging that low while the room we stayed half of the nozzles of rain shower were blocked and not in the good angle.

What did I think of the breakfast? There was no breakfast. I liked the location, the whatsap communication with the staff. One of the staff kindly helped me carry my suitcase as we were leaving. That was very kind. It was all very convenient. It may seem like a small thing but I really liked the signature scent in the spacious lobby and in the apartment/room. It wasn't overbearing but pleasant. I also appreciated the fact that we could open the windows and had a little patio.

We could have done with a little fridge and a set of clean towels: I'm all for sustainability and cutting down on energy but I think for four days a clean set of towels would have been a nice touch.
