3 things we didn't like: 1.. Porn channels on the old TV. (Not great particularly if you have children, and not great exploiting women) 2.No fridge, even though it was listed in the room amenities. We require a fridge to store medication as we travel. But staff tried to help us, which was lovely. They allowed us to store the medication in one of their restaurant fridges. And we found ice to store some things in our room 3. Shower water isn't very hot. Perfect for summer but not great for cold days. What we loved: The hotel is perfect for getting about in Klaipeda. The #6 bus is right there for getting to Old town or the opposite way to the beach. Simply tap your credit card on board. The buses run every 10 minutes. It was so easy. So many buses! The post office is within a 10 minute walk. There's a Pepco (clothing store), bubble tea and 2 cafe with bakery within a couple of minutes and 2 thrift shops less than 5 minutes away. We walked to the ferry to the spit to visit Nida. That ferry runs every hour. €1.70. the bus to Nida €12 return. (In the Old town, look for the cute little mouse) Everything is within walking distance. The perfect way to walk off all those pastries you'll be eating! Maxima and iki are close by for groceries. Acropolis is a 10 minute bus ride for department stores and exit #4 is where to catch the bus to Latvia. You'll find outdoor self serve coffee and hot chocolate machines in your walks in Old Town particularly. The hotel has a large breakfast and it was interesting and good. There's a spa, large conference room, lounge, cocktail bar. Our room, #203 (standard room) overlooked the lounge atrium it was quiet as it wasn't facing the road. Large comfy bed, plenty of room. There is tea and coffee with kettle, fluffy towels and a big bathroom with a heated towel rack. There is a lift. And stairs. And there's WC in reception. Reception was always friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was just perfect — the location is excellent, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with great attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel. Breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options each morning. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room was quiet and clean. The conditioning was working perfectly. The beds were comfy, and the breakfast was cosy. There wasn't much space during the breakfast, but the food was great. The location was also great - there are little shops around the hotel, and you can reach the centre within 10-15 minutes of walking.

The receptionist upon arriving was a little rude in person - it looked like we had inconvenienced her by coming to the hotel - and did not give all the details on parking once we arrived. But when we called - she was extremely helpful and nice.

The breakfast was delicious, they had several things to offer, including fruits. The location is great, near the Old City and the City center. At the same time, it was quiet at night (excluding one night when a few people arrived later and made some noise during the late hours). Everyone was very polite and helpful. During the stay, the weather outside was very cold and there was an adequate heating system in the room.

They could have had coffee capsules for the machine in the room for all of the days, but the fact is that during breakfast one can have as many cups as one wants, so it's not an issue after all.

It was clean and tidy, close to the city center (15mins walkf to the ferry to Kosa). The hotel was calm, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was superb. I parked the car in front of the hotel, so I am not sure how it worked with the garage.

Not so mamy sockets in the room. The personal did not speak fluent English

The room was large and spacious. Breakfast was varied. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The secure car park was handy. Great central location.

The heating couldn't be controlled in the room, and it was way too hot. It's probably ok for some, but not us from the Isle of Man. Hot food could have been hotter, and pastries were stale (maybe because it was Easter Monday and they re-baked them)?

Firstly the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The room was very spacious with a lovely living room area and a balcony. The breakfast was simple but served its purpose with a good range of things to choose from. Also, being away from the main city centre, meant we mainly had a very good night's sleep.

The first night did have an outdoor ventilator that was loud and working. Luckily we were not in the room next door. However I believe that the hotel turned this off afterwards. If there is a problem with this, I am sure the staff would sort it out.

We got a family room (suite) for about 70 euros on a weekday – can't beat that value for money these days. Really enjoyed the hotel, staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel interior looks great. The rooms aren't spectacular, but again, for the price, it's pretty good.

Breakfast could be just a bit better, especially when you arrive later (10am).

The room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was decent and the service was really good.

There is something wrong with the drainage system as the showers were draining very slowly and when I asked for a fix the staff definitely tried but it didn't work.
